Northway's Heating & Cooling

The young man (finishing high school) two years ago, with his brother, put in a new furnace and air conditioner at my townhome. Dad came later to check in. The brothers have followed their dad around for several years, and the one that came today knew what he was doing! I have used Northway's Heating and & Cooling for five years and have no complaints. I appreciate their honesty.

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! They were highly recommended when I inquired about who to use for a new air conditioner and installation on the People of ANKENY FB page. I called on Saturday evening expecting to get an answering machine and hoping to get a return call back on Tuesday after the Memorial weekend holiday. Not only did someone answer on Saturday night, they sent someone over to do an estimate within 20 min!!! Then he offered us an incredible deal and the option to return Sunday morning with new unit and installation!!! BOOM!!!! Everything done by noon on Sunday!!!!!!! I am impressed with the service, professionalism and work ethic of this company and would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

It was -20 below ..... 2 days before Xmas and Northway Heating and Cooling came out at 800pm and diagnosed a failure in our furnace. They found a distributor that had one that was equivelant in size.
X-Mas Eve morning they came out and installed the new furnace and saved us from frozen pipes and a horrible XMAS.
Their team was very courteous and professional....will definitely allow them to do work again and refer to others!!

I can't speak highly enough of Northway's professionalism, value and good old fashion true customer care. We used Northway's for two main jobs, install a new AC 3 years ago and asked them to install a water heater recently. On both occasions, delivered exceptional value and quality which is more than I can say of other bigger names such as Golden Rule.
