Yesterday my furnace was not working I called Craig and he immediately came out and checked my furnace. I needed a new furnace and it was installed today! The people at Des Moines heating and cooling were professional, fast, and efficient! I would highly recommend them!

I called at 8:30am asking for someone to help with my AC that went out. Right away they said they would send somebody right out (I was thrilled I wouldn’t have to sleep another summer night without AC). The technician arrived within two hours of my call - left it up to us on if we wanted repairs or a replacement of our very old unit. We decided to replace the AC, furnace, and water heater (which needed rerouted) because all units were about the same age. The technicians were able to install all 3 units the same day and within a few hours! Truly one of the best experiences we’ve had! They had me in awe of how quick, professional, and kind they were.

Craig was amazing very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I uses golden rule last week and find out that are golden high as well...they really like pushing the whole new hvav units.. not Craig he was professional and looking out for my best interests

I had some issues with my furnace. I called around to numerous places and none of them could make it out within 48 hrs. I called Des Moines Heating & Cooling and they were out at my place within an hour. Took care of the issue and had a great chat with the owner. Really nice local company and I will use them again in the future. I would definitely reach out to these guys for your heating & cooling needs.

I called the company and got a real person. Told him my heat was out and was wondering how long the wait would be. He responded I can come right now, showed up and diagnosed my problem, found the part I needed to fix the furnace and quoted price. We agreed and he ran and got the part and installed it made sure all worked properly and cleaned up the mess from working on my furnace.. Very nice and friendly to deal with. Would recommend Des Moines Heating and Cooling to anyone that needs work done.

We called because our furnace broke and they were at our house within 15 minutes. Unfortunately we needed to replace our unit, but they were able to install the new furnace the very next day. They installed, cleaned up, and were out of our house in approximately 2 hours. We were very pleased with the courteous, timely response.

Very pleased with our experience with this company. They were able to get us in the same day for an A/C repair. Professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Will absolutely use them again for repairs and replacements.

They installed a new furnace on time and it works and looks great. They did a great clean up afterwards. Will use them again.

Sergio was helpful and enthusiastic. He seemed as happy for me as I was when my AC didn't need a huge repair (or huge bill!). It was a heatwave when my AC went out and I called several companies before choosing who to book. Des Moines heating and cooling was available the soonest and reasonably priced. I will use Des Moines heating and cooling again!

Craig and his team came out and put in a new AC unit in a timely manner. They left the house clean and everything in order. I've had issues with other contractors in the past, but they made the process effortless and pulled all the necessary permits.
