I received quotes from four different HVAC contractors in the Des Moines Metro to replace two different air conditioner/furnaces systems at our commercial business. Craig is very personable to deal with and made things super easy for us! He beat out the other three contractors by around 1/3 of the cost! Also he said the distributor in town only had units with variable air instead of one stage, but he gave us those for the same quoted original price and ate the extra costs!!!! The quality and craftsmanship of the work was outstanding, and they were on time! I can't wait until we do business the next time around Craig on some of our other older units! They gave me a reasonable quote quickly. Setup appointment for the next week. Installers arrived on time and ready to go. They uninstalled and removed old furnace, installed new high efficiency furnace in a timely manner. Left NO mess, answered every question I had. And they are a local business. Highly recommended.

These guys were amazing! When I asked for a quote for a new A/C I had a few options within an hour. They gave me a great price compared to a few others in the metro and scheduled me in quick. Guys came out earlier than expected which is awesome. Even though it was raining it didn’t take them long to get the unit out in and even reran the power box for us. I will recommend anyone to them for the awesome work and awesome guys who work there!

Our AC has been acting up for a few months but after a few visits to try and repair (which the temporary fix worked for a bit each time) the repeat issues came down to a replacement unit. A gentleman named Craig, his employee Sergeo and a few other people from the company have been in touch and visited our home. They have all been professional, prompt and on time if not early to appointments. Craig has gone above and beyond to accommodate quick appointments to us and a very special shout out to Sergeo who is more patient and persistent than anyone I’ve met in this business. Everyone in this company has taken the time to explain and educate us on ways to improve our AC issues. We are beyond grateful for their time and expertise with our home.

Had both furnace and air conditioning replaced this year. Came down in a timely manner and got them installed. Came down on a Friday night to fix air conditioning after it was installed since the old line had a leak.

We have been using Des Moines Heating & Cooling for a few years. Always dependable. We've had a service agreement for the last 3 years. Both furnace and air conditioner checked out about a month ago. But our air conditioner went out on us last week. We called and they came out the next morning to check on it. Needed a new one and they installed it on the second day! Very glad that they were able to get it fixed so fast. Thank you!
