The owner came out to my house to do an inspection, it was determined that we needed to replace the furnace (it was 27 years old). He had it put in the next day. He was very nice and did a great job . I can't thank him enough as this was the house where my father was living and he had just passed. Thank you Craig for being there in my time of need and supplying exceptional customer service. I can't thank you enough.

They were able to fix my Furnace/AC the next day. Everyone else was booked out for at least a week. Pleasure to work with, reasonable prices, and very professional. Highly recommend them for your heating, and cooling needs

We had the best experience with Des Moines Heating & Cooling. We had been given the run around with other companies and outrageous quotes. They were professional, listened to our issue and were very prompt. They could have charged us for a part we did not need, but they took the time to ensure it was not needed. Not only did they get our air conditioner fixed quickly, but for a lot less than what we would have paid. They now have a loyal customer.

We had an awesome experience. We returned from a vacation to a 95 degree house. We had a service plan with service legends and they quoted us three weeks to install a new ac plus $100 to come out and tell us that..... I called Craig and he came out the same day and had two gentleman at my house the next morning. He was a life saver, thanks for the awesome service!!

What a blessing! Called them on a weekend AC outage. Quick response and very reasonable. Throughly worked through the issues and genuinely cared about our families needs on this hot weekend! Best of all, they had the expertise to be able to repair it! Highly recommended.

I needed someone to come and fix my furnace Sunday. I called 10:30 am and it was fixed by noon. It needed a motor and they had it in stock. Very professional. Came out to do a Fall Check of my heating system and Humidifier. Found a part on the humidifier want functioning. Called with options to replace part or update unit. Opted to replace the unit. Install was on time and installers were very professional. Will definitely use again and recommend to phone.
