This company is phenomenal! I came home on New Year’s Eve to my furnace not working and of course it’s the coldest night of the week. Craig came out late at night and was at my house making sure he could get my furnace on so that the house was heated until he could get back with the parts needed to fix it. When his tech Sergio came out Tuesday to complete the job he was prompt and very professional. Fees were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone needi g quality affordable HVAC service

The owner & his lead installer visited us prior to installing the HVAC system. They determined that the proposed system would not work & recommended a less expensive system. Fortunately, the installation date did not change & it was done in one day.
In addition, we were given a free one year follow-up check

Called this company when my furnace was making a loud noise. Service worker changed the filter, tightened a few screws, and oiled some parts. 10 days later my furnace stopped turning on and when manually turned it on, I got cold air blowing out of the vents. Called the company and they explained all their workers had Covid so nobody could come out until Monday (this was Friday afternoon) and told me I would have to call someone else for help. I did and my furnace motor was replaced by the other company. Why the first service worker failed to recognize my furnace needed more than a little oil I do not understand. I will not be contacting this company for further service.

I will ALWAYS use Des Moines Heating and Cooling. At least 4 times they have been extremely helpful and responsive. And just now we had trouble with our furnace igniting. Craig called me, and instead of charging me for a late night service call, he talked me through everything and I was able to fix a small thing (cleaning the rod that detects the ignition) and the furnace fired right up. I cannot begin to describe how helpful Craig was - and so unexpected to think about CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST!! Many thanks - we are customers for life!
