These guys were great to work with! They got to us quicker than they thought they’d be able to (thank goodness because it was a high of 90 today), identified the problem and fixed it all within less than 2 hours (even with replacing our entire unit). They were great about communicating everything, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend their services!

Wycoff installed the heating and cooling in my Hubbell Home seven years ago. I have never had an issue in that entire time, thanks to utilizing their maintenance program. Each spring they check my AC and each fall, they check my furnace, including replacing the filter on my humidification system. Their associates are all extremely professional, take off their shoes when entering my home, and make sure the place is as clean as when they arrived. They are fantastic!

Good experience! They were able to accommodate a change to my appointment due to a death in the family. I feel like I got a good value for the time/work done by the technician. They offered to call before heading to the house which was perfect; I was able to meet them there rather than feeling like I was under house arrest waiting for someone to arrive. Would definitely use them again for future HVAC needs.

We have bi-annual maintenance plan with Wyckoff and they keep our AC and furnace in tip-top shape! Scheduling is easy (they send reminders) and they arrive when they say they will. We're pleased with their technicians -- friendly and get the job done!

I have used Wycoff Heating and Cooling over the last 5 years. Their staff is professional and courteous. We have a geothermal unit and their knowledgable staff has always fixed any issues we have had quickly. I would highly recommend.

After just 10 years our original HVAC contractor gave us a bid of $21,000 for replacing the geo furnace. When we ask about replacement parts, they said that wasn't possible. We contacted Wykoff’s and within 24 hours they had found the part and installed the part the next day. Total bill was 1,400. Great service, great communication, and effort above and beyond.

We were having problems with our AC unit last summer. The technician came out and looked at it. Said the problem was in the furnace as the electronic board had shorted out. They replaced the board ($900) and the AC worked ! .... for about a week. Then it quit again. Technician came back out and checked it and said the electronic board had shorted out ..again. No charge this time, but checked the AC unit and found it was 31 yrs old..... TIME TO RETIRE !

So we set up a time to meet with the Rep. from Wyckoff, Dan. A very nice man, not pushy or anything, but layed out what he thought we needed. Decided to replace BOTH furnace and AC as furnace was also over 15 yrs old and we were tired of the trouble it was causing. {15 yrs is the life expectancy of a furnace}.

The installation crew came out to install both. Just happened that this was the time we were hit with the derecho too. Our power was out for 4 days ! I set up lights and my generator for them. Two days later it was DONE ! When The power came on EVERYTHING worked fine ! We DID have to have the furnace tweaked up this winter though, but another very nice young man. Came out in the evening and got the job down.

Very happy with our NEW furnace and AC now. Have recommended Wyckoff to several other people since ! It WOULD be nice though IF Wyckoff gave out incentives for referrals ! Hint hint.

I have had an annual service contract for several years. They are great, friendly and do a fine job. I have also had them install a digital thermostat that is also wifi enabled and a whole home humidifier. Both installs were great and the products are super.

They came out and said my system was not broken but just needed Freon. Took a few minutes and my system is working perfectly. Outstanding job. I have been a Wycoff customer for years. Never had any problems with there service. I highly recommend them
