Adam and his team installed a new AC and furnace, and the quality of their work far exceeded my expectations. They took the time to cleanup all of the old piping and connections from the old system to make everything look clean and professional. Adam even took the time to address all of my questions and concerns to make sure I was satisfied before they considered the job complete. Hands down I would recommend them to anyone.

I live in West Des Moines and had an emergency hot water heater break on me due to a rusty valve.

Ben and Cole were able to come over in the matter of a few hours to replace the broken water heater with a brand new one. I would use them again and trust them completely in helping me with my future HVAC or plumbing needs. Roberts was referred to me by a friend who's brother in-law is a plumber. He said Roberts should be my first call regarding my issue. And he was right!

It was almost closing time and Tyler came by and fixed pin hole in copper waterline that my husband screwed a screw in it. Excellent service and very nice young man .He was very professional and explained everything to us. Thank you so much. We are very happy with Roberts heating and cooling. Ben and Tyler removed my old furnace and AC units and installed new ones. They arrived on time, didn't leave until the installation was completed and system tested. Great people and products.

I have used Roberts several times in the past and have been completely satisfied with each job. An outside spigot had frozen and broken during the winter, but I did not realize it until the ground thawed this week. It was a Saturday afternoon, but Andy P was here within 30 minutes of my call. He showed me exactly what was needed and explained it thoroughly, then capped the waterline so that it was OK for the remainder of the weekend. On Monday, Michelle called to reconfirm that the time frame Andy P and I had discussed on Saturday was still convenient for my schedule. Monday afternoon Ben was punctual and courteous, and completed the repair in less than an hour. Both guys fully explained the repairs needed before any work was done, which I always appreciate.
