Victor was excellent. I was impressed regarding all the steps he took to make sure my furnace and A/C were operating at peak performance. He was friendly, professional, informative, and respectful. He answered any questions I had, and kept me informed on what he was doing. He also gave good advice on the self maintenance I should do in between routine maintenance visits. I glad I chose Siemer Heating and Cooling.

I received 4 bids for a new Central A/C installation. I chose Siemer because they were very straightforward and honest in their presentation, they did a pre-install walkaround and explained the process to me. The Installation was with their own crew and very professional. We are very satisfied with their workmanship and no BS approach. I would highly recommend them.

We called at night on the coldest day of the year. They were very quick to response and were on their way to fix our furnace when my husband got it going. So professional and helpful.

Our AC unit broke after normal business hours, during hot weather. Seimer we're easy to reach, responsive and professional. They repaired my unit quickly and at a reasonable price, especially considering it was an emergency visit.

A follow up visit to exchange a temporary part used in the initial fix we as included in the reasonable cost. Our technician was polite and efficient.

Kraig, Tyler and Boo were efficient and courteous. They kept our house clean and I would highly recommend asking for that team specifically for your furnace or AC replacement. The office called before the project was done to make sure we were satisfied with progress. They completed the registration of the equipment and explained all functionality, inside and out.
