Centsible Heating & Air Conditioning

We have been long time customers of Centsible Heating & Air Conditioning. They have maintained our home heating and cooling units for many years and have always been quick, responsive, and very knowledgeable. Recently, I replaced my furnace and air conditioner and I specifically requested Brandon for installation as he is extremely thorough like his Father (Dean), and it is very evident he knows exactly what he is doing. He also took time to explain what was wrong and provided several solutions. He is personable, professional, and possesses a deep understanding of the HVAC industry and products. He did a great job removing the old units, installing the new one and explaining how they work. I am always very satisfied with the work they perform. Centsible is a company I trust. Centsible certainly deserves 5-star rating!!

I have used Centsible heating for over 10 years for different properties. They are affordable and always professional. I have used them multiple times for emergency services and always pleased with how fast they respond. I will never use anyone else!

They also offer an affordable maintenance plan for equipment which keeps my HVAC equipment in working order and repairs at a minimum.

Dean came on time and actually early and was extremely thorough in his explanation of our system. He explained each part, function, and if a repair would be beneficial or a whole new system. Thanks a bunch, you were super helpful

I've called Centsible and them out to my house now for the last 10 years for maintenance and repair of my hvac system. They've always been honest and upfront with me and no hidden costs or fees. I am very satisfied with the quality, price and level of customer service. They don't mess around with non technical salesmen and actually fix the existing problem. Centsible is a well established company providing excellent service to its neighbors. We had Dean and his crew replace both a/c & furnace and couldn't be happier with the units and service Centsible have been providing, with new units there where some adjustments that where needed which Dean and his crew where able to correct with same day service. You can call the other guys or make one call to Centsible for an honest price with great service.

I usually don't write reviews. As a matter of fact I never write reviews. The service my family received today from Centsible Heating and Air Conditioning was superb. From Dean giving me an estimate to Brandon and Russ the installers. Karen in the office always polite, she answered all my questions. Throughly a professional team. The products they offer are top of the line. Carrier should be proud to have companies like Centsilbe as their distributors/installers. They all took the time to make sure the job was done right and educate me on any questions. The installers came in started to work, and you can tell when they know what they are doing just by the way they took care of the installation. I had several estimates before deciding to go with Centsible, I have to be honest DEAN sold me on the way he took his time to help me with all my concerns. At that moment when I saw how PROFESSIONAL he was something in my gut told me this would be the company take my business. I am so glad I listened to my gut. Nothing to say but THANK YOU. I hope anyone looking for a GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE would be able to read this and make the right decision when hiring Centsible to do business.

3 Year Review UPDATE

I have had my furnace and air replaced by Centsible. All I can say is that they are a great company to deal with. When they first came out to give me an estimate, they were very professional and polite. Their prices were very reasonable and they use High Quality Units (Carrier). I had other estimates but decided to go with them for one HUGE REASON. The way they treated me and my family and the Professionalism they have shown since day one.

They installed my Central Air and my Furnace. You can see when someone knows what they are doing. The confidence they showed and the knowledge was SUPERB. One thing I want to say, It may sound a little corny but believe me I am just being as HONEST as I can. They did their work in a very efficient time. The installers tripled checked everything before they left. They also swept where they had debris on the floor. That is commitment and professionalism if I may say so.

Well this happened about 4 years ago or so. The reason I decided to write this review is to let anyone that is looking for a AC or Furnace Unit, to experience what I have experienced with this Company Based in Griffith Indiana. I have had my AC and Furnace checked by them yearly and every time I am more impressed than before with the service they continue to give.

Today TY came to service my Air Conditioner. A very professional young man and you can see the high knowledge on the questions my wife had. He answered them politely and gave us great explanation. Great Job TY !!!

Finally I just would like to have other neighbors go through the same experience I went through dealing With Centsible Heating and Air Conditioning. They are based in Griffith Indiana. I just hope this review can help any of my neighbors looking for an AC or Furnace Unit.

Had a furnace install and they were great! The techs were so nice and took the time to answer all of my questions. They overall did a fantastic job! The ladies in the office Morgan and Karen were very helpful as well.!

My son recommended them and I called and told them my problem with the A/C. They made me an appointment right away. Dean came out early and fixed my A/C and we talked about how long my unit would last. Dean was courteous and told me everything that he did. He even showed me the part he had to replace. I will use them for now on and recommend them to anyone who needs help with their furnace or A/C.
