I had to check all the boxes from start to finish. Your company has been very professional, very accommodating and I would recommend you guys anybody for two service guys. Unfortunately I didn’t have any cash. I would like to find a way to compensate them and buy them lunch if you could inform me I’d like to give them like $10 apiece. I realize that’s not a lot of money in today’s times. I just wanted to recognize them and maybe buy them lunch they were definitely a pleasure to deal with. I had the people come to view the property. And they were more than accommodating, so please let me know how I would be able to get that compensation to those gentleman. And one last thing, I like to mention Jake where is really a pleasure to deal with. I will be obtaining a service agreement with you guys once I get into my new property over here at Sunset Harbor. Once again, I want to thank you and you have obtained a loyal and very pleased customer and I will definitely refer your company to anybody that wants to listen. I use voice text. Amazing. We are so lucky we called Siemer to take a look at our AC line that kept freezing. And by lucky, I mean, it was awful to get the news that they can fix it but it would probably be a temporary repair. We knew this would happen. We bought a house built in 1947 with a furnace that was 21 years old. But, you never want it to happen. I cannot recommend this company enough times for all they did for us. The turnaround was insane!!! I called on a Monday, a tech (Jake) was out to investigate on Tuesday, on Thursday a sales guy (Paul) was out (even better: he would have been here Tuesday night but my husband was out of town so I delayed it) install on Friday(Tyler, Trey Paradise, and Abel). This is very long winded but EVERYONE was so amazing. Jake, Paul, Tyler, Abel, and Trey, thank you so much. I didn't know what else to do but give you sodas and Chicago dogs. Thank you X1,000. Seriously. You guys can keep the sign in my yard forever, if you want!

Paul was very knowledgable and patient and answered all questions regarding our purchase. He followed up after the install to ensure everything went well with the install and equipment was working correctly. The install went smoothly and Denis and his team were very professional and friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after they were done and the install was very clean. Would absolutely recommend Siemer to others.

Thank you so much! I woke up in the morning feeling warm and came to realize my ac wasn’t working. Called in and got a response within 15 minutes and were there within the hour. Phil was professional and courteous in figuring out my issue, and he was able to resolve it quickly and throughly. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great service, employees and company. On this emergency call out for our AC being down, on a very humid day, we were fit into normal hours and not charged for a emergency call out! Awesome Team

We purchased a furnace and AC unit approximately 15 years ago. Since then we have had them maintenance it twice a year. There employees are very professional and helpful. Jake is usually the technician who comes out to do our maintenance visit. I cannot say enough good things about Jake!
He is always very professional, and always very helpful with any questions or concerns that we may have.

My experience with Siemer was excellent! The communication was great with everyone. The technicians and sales were great. They were very nice and answered all and any questions. I highly recommend their work!

Called company at about 3pm on a Saturday. On call technician called within a half an hour, came out promptly,was very professional. Told him my compressor wouldn't turn on and location of compressor outside, before I went out there he had the cover off for the electronics and had problem diagnosed. Changed the bad capacitor and unit was working all within 20 min of his arrival. I would highly recommend this company. Very happy.

Technician was very knowledgeable and was pleasant, which meant everything. He took pictures of before and after he completed the work. They came out and completed the work same day for this new customer. It wasn't a big job for them and still their customer service was fantastic! I will recommend Siemer Heating and Cooling!

From the start, Paul Vezmar was a great salesmen and well knowledgeable. Didn’t try to screw around and gave several great options and explained everything and helped us understand what we needed. Very patient and answered every question. They had the best pricing with the best financing I could find and was quick getting our unit ready. Install team was great too. Replaced furnace and AC in under 8 hours. Very clean looking install even down to the tape, and made zero mess in my house. 10/10 will keep using Siemers
