Ferguson HVAC Supply

I've used Ferguson for roughly six years for all my HVAC needs. Contacted this branch about some issues I've been experiencing, Product has been great otherwise, hoping things improve moving forward.

Horrible customer service! I tried calling looking for a specific filter, that I had previously purchased. Call to ask to see if they had it in stock, the guy on the phone told me he was working and couldn't check SMH. I drive all the way there just for them to inform me that they do have the filter but they can't sell it to me because I'm not a contractor? Even though I'm carrying the one that I have purchased just a month and a half ago from that same location. Make it make sense?

Great store for HVAC and Plumbing. Great staff, counter guys are always helpful and will talk you through. Carlton, Mike and Rob do a great job.

Don't go here unless your a company person they won't sell parts to you? Perhaps they wanna charge a 300$ service call instead i don't know DIY guy's be damned i guess😁😁

Ive boight From Ferguson Supply since the early 90's when it was Park Supply. Ferguson is staffed with knowledgeable counter staff and managers who are always helpful and at the ready to fill your needs.
