Pustai Heating and Cooling

I solicited 3 bids for my full furnace and AC replacement. George Pustai's evaluation of my existing HVAC as well as the proposal for a system replacement was the most comprehensive. He did not try to upsell. The installers were all on time, (somewhat of a rarity lately!) knowlegable and very professional. Pustai's installers/technicians are real HVAC pros!

We first used Pustai during the polar vortex a few years ago, when our furnace called it quits. George Pustai personally came out and oversaw the work being done. We were so impressed with the service and price that we called them again recently to install a smart thermostat in our older home. The technician was very thorough and did a great job. A few days later, as luck would have it, our AC unit from 1997 decided it just could not go on one single minute longer. We thought of no other company to come replace our AC unit, and are glad we went with them. Excellent job, fair pricing!

Pustai Heating and Cooling is a wonderful company to do business with. I was able to receive estimates from a number of companies throughout the area and their quotes were by far the best in terms of replacing my heating boiler system. George and his team were responsive in nature, and they were able to replace my heating unit in an effective amount of time and took all of the necessary steps to go above and beyond my expectations. For those in need of a repair and/or replacement, I would highly encourage giving this company a chance as I could not have asked much more from a company during such unprecedented times.

Based on a recommendation from multiple friends, I called Pustai heating and cooling for an estimate to replace my HVAC system. I was told I needed an appointment with George that he doesn’t quote replacements and repairs without seeing what’s going on. He came out looked over my system explained to me the things that he disliked about my ductwork and how my original 16 year old unit had been installed. Not one part of the process was cookie cutter, at no point was I given a sales pitch, it was just good honest advice on how to improve the efficiency and the efficacy of my heating and cooling. The pricing was fair, the job was done on time, and there was nothing more I could ask for out of a service company. I’ll continue to recommend Pustai heating and cooling to anybody who asks me who I use.

We had a great experience using Pustai for our needs. George and his team were great and we appreciate the good job they did! We had a pretty tricky install but they got it all done with no problem. It had rained before they came and when they were done with the job, you wouldn't have even known they were just there, they didn't leave a trace of dirt! Very professional, timely and courteous.

First contact with this company was when we had to replace our old furnace. Met with the owner, George, and found him to be the most straight forward and helpful of any of the contractors that we had met with. Chose Pustai for the installation, and since then used them for regular HVAC PM, and repairs for our older AC unit. The entire staff is helpful and knowledgeable and always puts customer satisfaction as their top priority.

George Pustai has been handling our heating and cooling needs for nearly 30 years. We just had our furnace and a/c replaced, and they did an outstanding job. Great prices, great workmanship, and they went out of their way to make sure our floors and carpeting were kept clean.

George and Team were excellent all around. Made an expensive purchase a great experience. Had continuous issues with our AC system over the years and when it finally failed George took the time to understand our concerns and offered multiple solutions. Explained in full detail why the old system didn't perform and why his proposal would. Other companies that came in for estimates just cut and pasted the same system set up we were unhappy with! George was even professional and patient when we call a "day of install" audible and then changed our mind back to the original plan! Awesome company and would not bother with anyone else. Great job Pustai - customer service means something to them for sure!

I normally don't do reviews; however I just had to concerning this company and specifically the repair tech John. My inducer motor went out on my furnace and I called different Hvac contractors; however I went with whoever could come out immediately because of the freezing weather. They came asap changed the motor and the installed it. John was excellent and very professional,. The service was also done at a fair price.

I wish I could name all of the great people that I've dealt with at Pustai, but let me just say that everything starts at the top and George has surrounded himself with professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and down-right good people! They took time to listen and assess our needs when the furnace was on its last leg (18+ yrs).

Replaced it just in time before this arctic blast came. Can't say enough good things about Pustai Heating and Cooling.

We will be seeing them again in about a month to get the AC replaced!
