He identified the issue quickly and went beyond by doing a check on the unit. He also took the time to explain everything so that I knew exactly what was going on. Thanks, I am impressed.

Great company. Star Heating And Cooling has been consistent with our annual furnace maintenance and AC tune-ups. The tech did our spring AC checkup and during testing determined the compressor motor capacitor was out of spec and just starting to fail. We like preventive maintenance and not equipment failure so had him replace it. Would recommend checking them out!

The technician from Star Heating and Cooling provided excellent service in repairing our AC, which hadn't been providing cool air. For the diagnostic visit, he was professional and helped explain in simple terms what needed repairing. For the repair visit, he was able to come by almost a week earlier than the scheduled visit because he was in the neighborhood assisting someone else. The repair was done quickly and efficiently and now we have functioning AC!

Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning truly cares about its customers. Our furnace had an usually loud noise when the heat kicked on. The initial fix didn't solve the problem, but they followed up with two subsequent visits until the issue was resolved. Communication with the company was pleasant and service was awesome.

Just had a new unit installed and the entire experience has been great. Our old unit went out and Andersen saw us that same day and got the new unit ordered and installed quickly.
