Seimer has been my heating and cooling for 21 years and I highly recommend them. The job always gets fixed and done by very nice and professional people. When I call they always do their best to accommodate me with my busy schedule.

Our furnace stopped working this morning. They sent a very professional & friendly serviceman, Danny, within the hour. He fixed the problem within 45 minutes and even had the service part we needed in his truck. By early afternoon, our house was warming up. Quite affordable. We will continue to use them for all furnace/AC needs. Would recommend without hesitation!!

Our air conditioning system stopped working on a hot, miserable June day. The intake specialist was very helpful and able to schedule our appointment within 2 days. Victor Zerngast was on time and did an excellent job diagnosing then fixing the multiple issues. I highly recommed Siemer and especially Victor.

My AC went out in 80 degree weather with a toddler and newborn at home. I needed help fast. Siemer answered right away and got someone here within the hour. Danny was great and he found the problem quickly and fixed it and was in and out within 30 min before my kids even woke up from their naps. The AC started giving the cold air immediately which was such a relief! Would definitely recommend!

Tech name was Phil arrived on time called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He found the problem and had our A/C up and running in 30 minutes. Will definitely use this company again

Got home on the hottest day of the year to find my house at 80 degrees when it should have been at a crisp 72 degrees. I immediately called Siemer (unfortunately after business hours) to get emergency service. The tech Carlos responded to our call almost immediately and gave us an estimated time he could get to our house. He was there like promised and was able to quickly identify the problem and was able to put in the new capacitor. Requested several local business quotes and Paul Vezmar at Siemer Heating & Cooling was the best! He was professional and had a strong knowledge of his products and what we needed. He didn't try to oversell us like others did. He was honest and patient with our questions and was able to take care of what we wanted. He worked to make us happy which helped us feel like we could trust this company! He is the reason we went with this company. The appointment was promptly made for installation and right on time, Nick and Tyler were at our home. They too were very professional and it was clear they had pride for their field of work.
