Siemer Heating & Cooling

I used Siemer Heating & Cooling to do a seasonal check of my air conditioning system. The technician was on-time and professional. I think he did a good job answering my questions and servicing the system. I will use Siemer again for my HVAC needs.

I don’t trust anyone, about anything!
Since installed in 2011, they have kept my system 100 % spot on.
Service rep always explains things so I understand, polite and courteous.

Andrew offered me an earlier appointment, cutting my wait by almost two weeks. He texted to confirm a day ahead and arrived promptly. He was courteous, clear and helpful. After completing the maintenance he explained everything and answered my questions patiently. This young man exemplified professionalism and represents what I expect from Siemer.

Very professional and kind techs. I used this company for help with my boiler a few years ago, and they were prompt, professional and diligent. This time, my boiler completely broke, and while it was super expensive, that’s just the price it is - not much to be done about that. They spoke to me after hours, on their personal cell phones and walked me through while I was panicking about having no heat. I had three different techs this time, and they were so polite and respectful. I hope I never have to call again, but I’ll absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Danny came out right when he said it would and was there for a very short time before my problem was fixed. The price was extremely reasonable for a 10:00 p.m call to a house with no heat. Will definitely use them again. Not only that, but my wife is a real estate agent and she will be recommending them to all of her clients who need such services.
