Siemer Heating & Cooling

I had Jake come over for some maintenance on my HVAC system. He stripped down my A/C panels and cleaned them thoroughly with water some chemical cleaner for the cooling fins. I have a split level home and my upstairs is routinely much hotter(summer) and colder(winter). He advised me on ways I could fix it without any additional work by them to try before I made a commitment for an estimate on additional return air ducts. He was very professional and helpful. I recommend Siemer as it seems their technicians offer a lot of care and want to do their best job to please their customers.

First time using Siemer. Carlos was professional and timely. He was able to (unfortunately) diagnose some issues with our older HVAC system and give his personal opinion on what the next best steps would be to resolves them. Overall happy with the service Siemer provided!

Jake was outstanding. He went above and beyond taking the time to answer all my questions and provide maintenance tips for my AC as well as information on the service agreement. I will definitely have Siemer and Jake back out as needed.

I have not reviewed the quote to determine if I feel the service is good quality and good value so I can not answer those questions at this time or if I will proceed with the service as well.

I’ve used Seimer for my CTI Martial Arts business and for my residence. I was lucky to have the same tech for my business service my home. Professional and honest.

We had the induced draft assembly replaced on our Carrier furnace. The cost for the part and service was $2,020. The receipt doesn’t break down the parts and labor so I researched on line and found The part was $912.37, there was a diagnostic fee of $85.00 (the flash code tells them what’s wrong so I don’t understand this fee) this means it was $1,000 + for the installation. It took the tech about 30 minutes to do the work. $2,000/ hr. ?

On the positive side. I left a message at 4:45 am and they got back to me at 12:05 pm (the woman was very pleasant) and scheduled an appointment for the next day at noon. They called back shortly after this and asked if they could be at the house in 20 minutes due to an opening in their schedule. We said yes. The tech arrived and did a great job. He was professional and efficient.

If the people in charge of this review feel differently, please reply with a breakdown of the costs and set me straight. I’d give them a 5 star if they did.

I got home from work last night and it was 86 in my house. Air wouldn't kick on after resetting and restarting. I called their after hours number and got immediate help! I have a daughter who is an epileptic and heat is a trigger for her. They had a tech out within a half hour. Victor was so nice, the weather actually took a turn for the worst and a bad storm was brewing. He was working as fast as he could. Unfortunately mother nature won and he needed to stop but was back out before 7am this morning working on my unit and got us back up and running. To say I am impressed with the professionalism is an understatement. I had the owner call me a few times checking in on things and keeping me in the loop with everything. They have a forever customer and I will refer this company to everyone.

The technician, Victor, was on time, and worked efficiently to repair our A/C system. He was very good at explaining what needed to be done. We were very happy with the service that Siemer
heating and cooling provided.
