The tech arrived quickly, assessed the situation and check to see if what he thought was the issue was correct- it was, and made the necessary repair. In total, a 20-minute repair. Great, efficient service. We highly recommend Seimer for any HVAC needs!

The only reason I’m giving this place a one star is because their technician Brennan was polite HOWEVER I explained a week ago when I made the appointment I was using a grant program to fix whatever issue I have with my air conditioner just for them to send a technician to give me the diagnosis and tell me from a higher up they don’t work with any programs! 85$ wasted when I could have paid a company that works with the program explained …I feel as a first time customer they should have been upfront and honest I’m extremely agitated

Paul was very helpful. He thoroughly looked at our heating and cooling system and reviewed it. He went over all the possibilities and suggested what would be best to make this home comfortable. No pressure. Just went over all the options.

These guys nailed it. I can pick apart anybody's work and this is the first job I've ever hired out that left me completely impressed. Pros, skilled pros. AND they beat the first estimate by over 2G.
