Anthony was fantastic! We have had multiple issues with pinhole leaks caused by old copper plumbing -- he replaced the old pipes and was on his way in less than two hours.

Ethan Emery was our Plumbing Technician and was super knowledgeable. He made sure to inform us on each step, pricing, and future possible scenarios, etc. We were very comfortable with his skills, how he detailed each answer/response, and how he fixed the issue(s) we called in for. A couple of weeks ago the main water line coming into my house needed to be replaced, so I called Broad Ripple.

Josh was awesome, he did a fantastic job installing the new water line! His work is neat and professional, and he was able to problem solve quickly. Very happy with the service I received!

DJ & Quinton were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They took time to explain the results of their troubleshooting and the steps they took to mitigate the problem. They spent significant effort to make clear what was going on and to detail options.

David, Travis and Clarence did an outstanding job insulating my attic space. They were thorough, knowledgeable and did the install professionally. They even went beyond their job scope by helping me to correct a bathroom ceiling fan pipe that was installed incorrectly (without additional charge!). Thank you for a job well done.

Danny was my technician for my seasonal unit check and did a great job! On time, efficient, and didn’t mind my rambunctious pups despite their constant barking. Love having a seasonal unit check as it gives me peace of mind that my system is working as well as it can, plus as a first-time homeowner reminds me of improvements that I need to keep on my radar.
