We have been customers of Broad Ripple Heating for several years. Always great work and friendly technicians. Danny took the time to explain his work and update me on our AC unit. Danny even informed me of their free plumbing inspection. I would recommend Broad Ripple Heating to anyone.

I’ve always had a great experience with Broad Ripple Service Experts and today was no exception. Our water pressure was way down and hot water not running throughout the house. Tyler D. identified and fixed the problem quickly. He also installed a new water softener that I’m really happy with. Very friendly, professional, and explains things well!

We’ve been working with Broad Ripple Service Experts for several years now. They have always done a great job for us. This year’s Spring maintenance visit was no exception. Jamaar and Ira did a thorough job to get us ready for the warmer months ahead.

Heat exchanger was cooked and furnace had water damage from botched installation (12 years ago, previous owner). Quinton and DJ were very helpful in identifying the problem and providing a broad range of solutions at various price points to meet my needs. They were personable and professional, but I wish there had been more transparency about not needing to replace my A/C unit up front, to save on costs, rather than having to push for that solution on my own (turns out my A/C unit is in great condition and replacing as recommended would have been a waste of $7K). That said, their quotes were far more reasonable than those received from Mr. Quik. After much discussion and negotiation, the final price for the resolution was fair, the company was highly responsive, and the installation team that came the next day was thorough and detail-oriented (thank you Kyle and young guy whose name I can’t recall). I would recommend this company, and I would also recommend doing your own research ahead of time so you don’t make a rash and costly decision in a time of urgent need.

Josh did an AMAZING job on our water softener. He went above and beyond in the install and was very communicative the whole process. His skill and customer service are second to none and we could not recommend Josh, or Broad Ripple Service Experts, more. Thanks, Josh!

Scott, Camden, and Brett were polite, professional, and hard-working as they removed outdated HVAC equipment and installed a new high efficiency furnace, and air conditioning unit. They were very knowledgeable and careful to explain everything I needed to know to become comfortable with the operation of the new equipment. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I've been a Service Experts customer for many years and have always been pleased with the treatment I've received from both customer service and visiting technicians. Technicians have always called just before coming, been punctual, courteous and polite. Today was no different. Romany and a coworker came to repair my UV installation. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in solving my problem. I look forward to seeing Romany again since he has to bring a new light bulb.
