Ira was my service person and he is a great person to work with. He did a very thorough job in inspection and explaining the problems, cost and each plan for me. He called the Advantage rep and they are coming out today to explain more my options.
I would recommend Ira and your company for having such pleasant service personnel and professionals working with you.

BJ, Josh and Tyler was very friendly and professional. They took time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. They were at my mom's and I was just there with her to listen in and I'm thinking of having them come to service our AC/Furnace.
Install...Shaun, Austin, Camden did an excellent and professional job. Friendly and explained what they did at the end of install. Highly recommend!

Ira came for the bi annual system maintenance. He did a great job with the heating and the out door heat pump system. I Have recommended Broad Ripple Experts to several people and will continue to do so. From design spec to sale to maintenance there have been no complaints.

We woke up to a hot house, our AC not working and I called for a service call. I have never used this company before, but see it had solid reviews. I had just hung up the phone when Jennifer (Robin ha ha) called to say herself and DJ were on their way! (it wasn't five minutes since I called in) Super professional and a joy to talk with. DJ was amazing and knowledgeable about the unit! He did the work while Jennifer explained to me the repair/warranty and how it works. We are so impressed with how these two represent the company and fixed our issue! I learned so much today, feel like I've made two new friends and got our AC fixed!! Thank you so much!

DJ has worked on my system several times. He is always super friendly and knowledgeable and I trust what he tells me. Alysia joined him today and was also most helpful. They were both patient with my over exuberant puppy!

I thought water was leaking from my furnace. Kahleal came in response to my call. He quickly realized it was a pipe leaking and fixed it though that was not his job.

Tyler was super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest! I really appreciate a service appointment where you don’t feel like someone is just trying to sell you things. We’ve always had great service with these guys, so we won’t go anywhere else!

Jesus B. was great to work with. He was to my house within 24 hours to diagnose the issue and had it repaired within the week - as soon as the part arrived. He was personable, clean, professional, efficient, and was happy to educate on what he was repairing along the way. I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.
