Wiyao, Brett and Kyle were incredibly helpful, punctual, considerate, efficient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole day they worked on installing our new HVAC system (and they worked hard in the cold rain, besides), and the removal of our old system. They went above and beyond to provide us excellent service. We would recommend them and work with them/their team in the future. Thank you!

Evan, Ira and Jacob did a wonderful job and were a real pleasure to work with. They explained everything they were doing and also made suggestions on items I could add to improve the air quality within my home. I would highly recommend all three in the future as they are very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly.

David, Evan, and Ira were superb.
They did a thorough review of vents, returns, duct work, and air temperature throughout the house. Then they made adjustments to the bathroom exhaust fans ventilation, and finished with blown-in insulation in the attic.
All three were helpful, friendly, and expert in their work.

Ira came out today to do our annual service and tune up on our Advantage Program system. Just an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable person, and a pleasure to spend time with. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Kaitlyn Rice and Ben Richards cleaned and checked my furnace and A/C today and did a very thorough and professional job. They were very good about explaining everything as well as asking good questions. Ben also spent time looking in my attic and taking photos and we talked about the condition of my attic insulation, which was very helpful. Ben wrote up some pricing to replace my roll up insulation with new blow in insulation. I was pleased with both Kaitlyn’s and Ben’s professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. They were courteous in my home and of my property.

Ira came today and did the annual inspection on our furnace and AC. He was very polite and respectful. He arrived precisely on time and was very professional in his work. I would only rate his service as a 10 out of 10 because there's no higher grade to give and I am happy to be a customer of Broad Ripple service experts

Frank K and Ira are the best. They came in to fix our humidifier and were very kind and respectful. They finished the job fast. Great job guys - and thank you!

Priority+ memberships are now free!! Consumers beware!!!

If you've used Broad Ripple Services you were more than likely overcharged for their service. The membership says you won't be charged a trip fee but they will come up with some random thing that they'll charge you for. They'll change your service appointment time without notice and hang up on you if you ask too many questions. Membership also says you get priority service 24/7/365 which is false.

My heat went on 12/31/22, they didn't get me scheduled for 4 days. The appointment confirmation email had one day. On that day, I called to confirm and was told they had me scheduled the next day. I didn't receive any email to say they changed my appointment. The next day I called to confirm and was told it was pushed back again. Same day just later. Again, no notice.

The repairs on furnace was too expensive so I decided not to have work done. What do you know? I wasn't charged the trip fee but was charged a "diagnostic fee". The costs of a new unit with BRSE was $7k more than competitors!!

I called for clarification of the membership costs. Wondering why they would continue to charge a membership fee for previous members when it's now free. They hung up on me!

Ira serviced our air conditioner. Overall a great experience. He explained the issues, provided options and and answered all of my questions. Will call him for any future questions.

I called Broad Ripple Heating and Cooling Monday, DJ came out the same day to look at my HVAC and provided great advice. Quinton was there within an hour to talk options with me and get me set up with a new, much needed unit. Wiyao and Brett were there early Tuesday to install the HVAC, and Aurek got my new hot water heater installed. Everyone was very professional and provided great customer service. They answered all my questions and did a great job with the install! It was a pleasure to do business with them and would definitely recommend them.
