We love Broad Ripple Service Experts. Every employee has been professional, kind, and thorough in their services. Today we had Ira show up for our quarterly inspection/cleaning. He was very professional and paid attention to every detail as he was inspecting and making sure everything was working properly. When he finished, he made sure to go through everything he did and what he recommended to help keep our system running at its best. If we ever need something we know we can always count on them! We are always pleased with their services and will always recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Josh Bennett and DJ Thompson were very professional and patient as they listened to our situation and worked with us to find a solution within our budget. Ira did an excellent job on inspecting my furnace and was very helpful with explaining additional items that would help keep my unit in its best working order.

David, Romaney and Clarence cleaned vents this morning - they were polite, professional and talked through my options. After the work was complete, they cleaned up thoroughly! Very happy with their service!

The service repair gentleman that came out to replace our furnace did an excellent job with the replacement. It took them a little longer than expected, both on our part and theirs, but they did an excellent job making sure everything was working properly with our furnace system before they left.

Ira was professional, kind, and took the time to explain his recommendations after our annual A/C check.

Sean and Austin were absolutely amazing We were so happy with the cleanliness and the explanations of everything they're doing and within moments of having the new system on we could already tell her home was getting cool which normally took about a day with her old system. We feel they were very informative in explaining everything to us. I feel like we got quality work and a quality system for a very good price in comparison and I couldn't have asked for anything better. If you're looking to do heat and air or one or the other This is definitely the company to go to and I'm going to be honest I would ask for Sean Moore and his assistants Austin and Kyle They were very respectful and knowledgeable.

David F, David A, and Clarence did an incredible job installing our attic insulation! They were quick, efficient, and left the house cleaner than it was when they got here.

Josh & Tylor came out to reconnect my gas line to my fireplace. After they successfully did so, they checked the fittings to make sure it would work properly. When doing so they found 3 other leaks! I am so glad they took their time to be thorough. They also were very kind and polite which I really appreciate.

Just had my first water heater/plumbing check up. My tech, Ethan Emery, was awesome! He was knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. His inspection covered many more aspects of my plumbing system than I had anticipated and he took the time to walk me through all the results and explain everything. I feel good knowing that an expert reviewed everything and that I’m not likely to get any unwelcome surprises. I would definitely recommend this company.
