Installed a mini split for a customer last week and found out that we didn’t tighten a connection all the way. The tech was able to recharge the system once I tightened it down. They were very helpful and quick even though no one else had any availability. Thanks Jesus

Would recommend these guys to anyone needing duct work to an attic. Austin, Shaun, Camden, & Scott was very clean and knowledgeable about how to install. They all worked great together. Vacuumed and moved furniture back afterwards also. It was great seeing my son and his dad working together. My mom hired them for attic ductwork and as they was working upstairs she found the picture of them. How cute! Great Company 👍

Broad Ripple Services installed insulation in our home recently. David and Clarence did a very professional job installing insulation in the attic areas. The appointment was scheduled at a convenient time; they were even a little early. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I'm looking forward to some energy savings in the future!

P.S. Broad Ripple Heating has serviced our furnace in the past and I was very pleased with them.

We had Shaun replace our old A/C system today. He did a wonderful job and was very professional and courteous. We had Broad Ripple Service Experts at our last house and have had nothing but great experiences with them.

David did a great job and was very good with communicating with me when he would be at the house. I really appreciated having him and trusted what he was saying. Glad I was just able to get everything fixed properly and quickly.

Broad Ripple Service Experts provided one of the best services I've experienced in years. The scheduling process was simple and it was easy to find an appointment time, even during the winter storm; communication was prompt. DJ T. was our technician. He was timely, extremely thorough, and educated us about our system that is new to us. He was able to reference notes from previous technicians that had serviced the system with the prior owners. Before DJ left, he ensured that our system was working properly and that I was comfortable with the repairs that he completed. I am very happy with DJ's service and I have peace of mind that the system is running as efficiently as possible. Broad Ripple Service Experts has our business in the future.

These guys were great! DJ and Quinton came to our house yesterday to take a look at our non-working furnace. They called ahead to let us know when they would arrive, we’re very professional while also being personal. They genuinely made a terrible day for us not quite so bad by their willingness to help, explain every detail to us, and help us find the fight fix for our home. Not only were they good at what they DID, they were very empathetic in the way they did it. They took time to get to know us not just service our furnace, and made us feel safe and comfortable with them in our home.

Jamaar was great! Very professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with.

We had another technician by the name of DJ do some follow up work. He too was professional, personable, and extremely knowledge. He went above and beyond by doing some extra cleaning of our outside A/C unite area.

DJ Thompson assisted us with our maintenance today. He is a great HVAC guy. Clear, concise, polite, and thorough. We were very happy with our service today and look forward to continuing our services with them.
