Dustin…what can I say but that he was absolutely awesome!! He took care of what he could and explained everything else to me. I have requested him as our technician. He’s that good!!

Needed help with a clogged toilet and was given options to consider. All was well and not too expensive. I would use them again.

Grant from Peterman just made my Monday by fixing a really difficult clogged pipe in my bathroom. My house is old (1930s, so old pipes) and on a well and septic system, but he worked with care and managed to unblock the pipes anyway. Couldn’t be happier!

They sound great and would love to have there busniess but they don’t want to have busniess with people who live in manufactured mobile homes. Which I think is wrong and they should include those.

My husband and I contacted Peterman yesterday to get an estimate for a leak under our kitchen sink and to have a garbage disposal replaced. They were able to get us in same day for a diagnostic evaluation when others had a week or more wait. Joshua Clement was the technician who came to the house and we could not have been happier to meet him. He was very professional, and extremely patient with us and answered all our questions, leaving us with absolutely no doubts whatsoever. After throughly explaining the required services and costs of the repairs, we were certain this was the company and technician for the job. Josh was able to get us scheduled for the very next day (today). He was here in the time frame provided, had everything he needed to do all the repairs, he was quick but obviously skilled, and everything turned out better than expected. Josh even spent just a couple minutes making sure everything was cleaned up and left our kitchen cleaner than when he arrived! Peterman Brothers is definitely the way to go for repairs, small or large!! Thanks again to Josh!
