Northeast Mechanical HVAC Contractor and Plumbing

Was looking for honest, trustworthy company to provide maintenance for my A/C and furnace. Signed up for maintenance plan, and was very pleased with their first visit. Doug was very down to earth, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my questions. Definitely happy I chose to go with Northeast Mechanical!

Every technician I’ve spoken with from Northeast Mechanical has been incredibly professional, respectful, and kind. They also are honest and reliable, and have saved me money on multiple occasions. I cannot overstate how much better my experiences have been with this company than others in the Fort Wayne area. Northeast Mechanical has definitely earned my loyalty as a customer.

The owner himself came out and looked at everything and gave me a good price for replacing everything. He has good conversation and explains everything very well and in detail on what you are getting and what they will be doing step by step. The installers are quick and very professional.

I called and was able to get an appointment the same day but needed to reschedule for the following day because I was at work. I had Josh who was so pleasant when he called to tell me that he was on his way. Hopefully all service technicians are as personable and professional as Josh.

Cannot recommend Northeast Mechanical enough! We have been using them for the last 3-4 yrs. They call and schedule bi-yearly servicing for our systems but also they handled our new heating install Nov 2021. We had some recent issues with the system (not due to Northeast) but they were so helpful and understanding in frustrating times. Treat their customs like family and just all around pleased! Josh and all of his team were so professional and amazing!

I was so impressed with Northeast Mechanical. From the first text message to the last, I was always in the know of what was going on. The response was always prompt. The ease of working with them made my project effortless. No mess to clean up, no packaging to get rid of, I seriously cannot say enough about how great it was to work with the whole group.

We started with Northeast Mechanical with a basement remodel eight years ago. We are thrilled when we
go downstairs to the basement in the winter months because it is warm and toasty. No need for a sweater.
Northeast Mechanical also found a way for our bathrooms on the main floor to have heating and cooling. In one bathroom, there was an electric heater mounted on the wall. This was taken off. A path for a duct from the furnace/air conditioner was found and installed through the bathroom floor. The other bathroom had no heat or cooling. The same process happened again for this bathroom.
We also have Northeast Mechanical routinely checkout the heating and cooling systems at the beginning of fall and winter. This ensures that these systems are always operational when needed.
We highly recommend Northeast Mechanical for your HVAC needs because we have never been with out heat or air-conditioning when needed.

I've been with NorthEast Mechanical since I moved into my house 10 yrs. Ago. And they have always been exellent. They even put in a water heater for me in 2017. The service has always been very professional, knowledgeable and honest. This time is no exception. Great job. I highly recommend them.

Unbelievable service! Needed a water heater replaced urgently because of our granddaughters birthday and 20+ people coming over Saturday. Called Thursday and they installed it Friday! We cannot thank Teresa, Austin, and Micah enough. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Not to mention the great job with the installation. Thank you again!!!

Repair to my boiler was repaired pretty quick.
After the repair man left I noticed a drip coming from another area and called to see if person could return to fix the issue. I was informed someone would come but after a couple of days I called back and informed the man that no one had come or called back. He informed me that someone would be there in a couple of hours.
I was not happy about having to pay again for labor.
