Jake was an amazing person that came in and helped me every step! He was extremely professional and made the whole experience painless! I had no idea what I needed and he took the time to explain everything to me and offer advice. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Jake was the tech that came out to evaluate my A/C unit acting up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the issues and showed me them on both the a/c and furnace ultimately deciding to go with replacement but not a single person I talked to was pushy about it and they are installing next day which is amazing in this hot weather.

I was able to get same-day service on a water heater problem. The plumber that came out was professional and courteous. The scheduling was professional and easy. The service call price was in line with what I have paid in the past. The payment process was easy as well. You can tell Peterman has invested a lot into systematizing their process which creates efficiencies that make interacting with them virtually frictionless. Highly recommend.

Contacted them first thing in the morning and they were able to get someone out by 1:00PM. Max took his time to diagnose the problem instead of throwing parts at it hoping to hit on something. He kept me informed as he went through the process. Got us back up and running in time to keep our dinner plans. Couldn't be happier.

Sam was my plumber and he is the greatest! He was very professional, on time and knowledgeable of the job. Through not fault of his own, the 1st water heater was faulty and he replaced it that day. Tech came out and charged me to tell me i either need a new condenser or a new air conditioner and quoted me starting at $5k for the ac. Summers heating and cooling came out and told me i had a refrigerant leak and tightened the line and refilled the refrigerant. Do better Petermans.

Kari was very professional and fully described all procedures and processes. She was supported by several others who as well were professional and worked urgently to get hot water flowing asap
