Their service personnel are knowledgeable and professional. The technician (Christopher) that came over today was super nice and professional. He did an outdoor spigot repair and water pressure test/check in my house, and had it done quickly with nice work. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. It’s worth it knowing that the job will be done well by a highly trained professional. I highly recommend them.

Peterman Brothers’ crew members were professional, courteous, and polite on a new HVAC install on a Wednesday. A tree had fallen on the AC Unit, and we were unable to get a tree company out before Peterman Bros (that next-day install is nice). The crew used my chainsaw to remove the tree from the unit. All work was done more quickly than expected.
However, the AC unit was not pumping cold air after 5 hours of operation. I called at 8:55 PM (5 minutes before close) and was told Monday was the first available appointment. I was disappointed.
In the morning, Alex, the Bloomington location manager called to get someone out ASAP, but our electricity was again out. When it came back on, the system was somehow working. Customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend.
Jess did an amazing job! I truly appreciate her honesty. She offered to do my plumbing check since she was here, and she caught some things that really couldn’t wait until I was scheduled in October! Friendly, prompt and overall great experience. Very pleased.
OK, here we go... This whole event was a positive experience starting first with Jacob the sales representative as well as the three service providers. Craig, Drew and Tim, I believe who installed our brand new AC/Furnace the very next day. Upon arrival at 2 PM Tuesday by Jacob, completing the assessment, loan application, etc. The team started the very next day at 0830, we had our system completely installed by 2 PM the same day... A 24 hour turn around time from start to finish... Folks, that's First Class Service and not to mention the Professionalism of those three service providers who were not only courteous, but clean cut as well... I really appreciated their expertise as well as the gregarious attitude during this whole process... Heck, I even went to town and picked them up a fat pizza for lunch from Marco's Pizza in Bedford, Indiana, They really appreciated this gesture as well... Again, I just wanted to give these Folks a positive review and a quick shout out for their kind, and very knowledgeable team... I know now, I will sleep better at night knowing this system is now trustworthy as well. I know, if I need their service, they will respond quickly and efficiently... Jake was awesome at offering a diagnostic appointment for some much needed AC repairs. He was very accommodating and showed a lot of attention to our concerns. Definitely could tell he was looking out for our best interest and not just trying to get another dollar! We really appreciate the work that he and Braxton put in!
The installers were prompt and very respectful that I was working from home that day. They did not interfere with my day and worked quickly but efficiently. When they were finished the area was a clean as they found it. There was an issue with the thermostat and Cheyan came and fixed it for me. She was professional and most of all treated me with the utmost respect. It's refreshing to deal with a company that doesn't act like older people, especially women, don't know really what they are talking about and try to talk down to us. I greatly will recommend this company to everyone who needs it.
water heater cleaned and flushed. The technician was very nice and very good. However, I would not recommend them. When I called for a quote I was told 85.00 (we paid 125.00 last year with a different company) When the tech arrived I was told it was 85.00 for the service call and 300.00 to perform the cleaning. This is a simple flush job, not a repair.
Mitchel was the technician, he came I explained my unique situation and he did everything he could and he finagled to help me and get it done the same day I was so stressed out I have special needs people living with me and I didn't have the money at one time and he took care of everything he hooked me up to the right people and he explained everything so I would understand I have never had a technician that was so kind and informative. he took all my stress away and made it a very pleasant situation I would recommend Peterman brothers on the bases of Mitchel he was amazing I will tell everyone about my experience with the company and him I will be a returning customer . I hope this will get him some recognition he deserves it I could not say thank you enough and they got the job done so fast and cleaned up after them. Thank you so much a very very happy customer.
I had a hose bib that wasn't working and it was fixed on the day they inspected the issue! The technician, Chad Brown, quickly identified and fixed the issue. He also shared some information about the plumbing in my home. He was all around friendly and answered my questions. I would highly recommend future services!
