Was told needed a new water heater because parts were not available, had another company come out and 80$ later water heater is fixed. Just tried to push selling a new system. Poor way to run a company. Would not recommend to anyone.
I was so impressed with Tyreese that did the maintenance. He explained everything to me that was going on. He let me know that I had the cleanest air in the neighborhood because of the things I had on my system. I appreciated him telling me why I needed to get my air ducts cleaned. He took care of setting up this appointment. He was so knowledgeable and knew what he was doing.
I scheduled an appointment online when our furnace stopped working at 7AM and by 7:30 AM, Nick, from Peterman Brothers Heating Cooling Plumbing was on his way. Nick explained to me what happened and quickly fixed the problem. He also explained to me the benefits of Peterman's Protection Club. I signed up right away and look forward to the peace of mind I now have. Thank you, Nick and Peterman Brothers Heating Cooling Plumbing!
What a waste. Got a new furnace and A/C installed. First they put the wrong outside unit in. They left the Power wire just hanging down which is not safe. Then they put the drain tube in an open pipe. Even when they came back to put the correct ac in they left both that way. To top it off the furnace stopped working after not even 60 days. Called them to come fix It since was lied to about that also(when getting quote was told anyone can service as long as they are HVAC certified) and they said we are booked so we will be out Monday(3 days). Told them 2 kids and it is already 58 degrees in the house. All they had to say was well I dont make the board and I will put you on the cancelation list. Worst service, obviously not a great product. Go somewhere else.
I want to thank Brandan Baney, Joey Books, Devon Dressler and Noah for doing a great job installing my new furnace and A/C unit. They we're very professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job.
Purchased furnace and air from Peterman Brothers 1/9/23 have had 5 service calls in 70 days, the furnace continues to shut down and displays blinking codes. Temperature was in the 20s Friday 3/17/23, I called them yet once again and they said they couldn't get to it until Monday 3/20/23. I asked what am I supposed to do for heat all weekend because Temps will be 20s and 30s, she said "I don't know what to tell you" it is 3pm Monday 3/20/23 and they will not return any of our calls or emails. They have blocked me and my wife from posting reviews and factual statements on their website and Facebook. Their contract reads "Open door policy to talk to owners at anytime for any concern" We can not reach them and they won't return our messages either. At this point we want their garbage out of our house. We spent $11,000 and this is what we get...... unacceptable...
Mike was excellent and gave me some options for the clogs we have been experiencing. He explained everything upfront and along the way. On time as well which is huge in my book.
