Got reminders before service call, received call from Spencer (tech) about 30-45 minutes prior to visit. Spencer was friendly, professional and came across as customer centric.
It was awesome to receive a text message in advance with our technician’s name and photo. The technician arrived at the time scheduled. Our tech was courteous, professional, and hard-working. The technician communicated clearly about our options. She was very knowledgeable and I am very satisfied with the job. I will use this company for all my future needs! Great Employees!! Job well done!!
Water heater went out, they came out and looked at it and found out the Honeywell Thermostat wasn’t working. They said they would order the parts for it since it was under warranty and then would come out when it came it. A part came in, so they came out a day later then they said they would. When they got here, it wasn’t the correct part. So then we had to wait even more days without hot water….now we are 10 days without hot water. When they finally fixed it, the repair man dented our water heater. We complained about it and they said there was nothing they could do since it technically still worked, this was after waiting for two more weeks while they did research. So we paid them to take forever to replace the part and to dent our water heater. Don’t use this shady business!
Update: The part they installed has went out again now. We called them and they don’t know when they can make it out, they said when they do it will be another $85 when it was the same problem they didn’t fix the first time. I have family coming from out of town that I will now have to cancel for Xmas. I emailed the “Owner” a week ago and never heard back. The customer experience person that handles complaints is on maternity leave and won’t be back until March. So now I sit with no hot water, $600 less money, and a dented water heater that doesn’t work. I don’t see how this company stay in business.

Max worked on thermostat as was not set up correctly in the beginning. Had to come back about 2 hours later to make adjustments. Was very prompt and informative. Max did not do the initial set. He did a great job
