even though i had the drain unclogged,it still works with no issues.future concerns were explained.which was good.had an hvac service done later,tech was friendly and let me know everthing was good even though the age of the unit.recommended duct clean and gave an estimate.other than that,service is good,,thanks

Gas was leaking from the install, at the 90 degree elbow, before the union. Anthony located the leak and fixed it.

We had a pretty severe drain clog, causing septic waste to back up in our showers and tubs. I called around noon and was told someone would be out in the afternoon. Grant came out to fix our issue and was just fantastic. He was personable, professional and my mom and I both enjoyed chatting with him while he worked to remove the clog. Thanks to a potty training little one, Grant removed a million and one baby wipes from our drain… all while being splashed with gross water in the process. The cost of the drain cleaning beats just about any company I called. One company wanted $600+ to clear a drain. What!
Thank you to Peterman for a great value on a drain clear and for sending Grant! You’re so lucky to have him on your team. If I could, I would employ 50 Grant’s at my place of business!

We have had 3 different Peterman workers out to our home in less than a month for 3 separate concerns (fun month, we know). Each professional has been kind, honest, knowledgeable (and if they didn’t know they would quickly refer or consult with colleagues) and stated things in ways we could understand.

Brad helped us navigate a very stressful water pipe break that lead to other discovery of other issues and he made everything clear, understandable, and gave us a roadmap to follow.

Kari helped us clean up our messes for two things we thought we could fix on our own. Not only was she kind and professional, she again made things easy to understand and taught us how to use new repaired pieces! She was late due to terrible rush hour traffic at the end of the day and still showed up after she probably already would have been home and was so pleasant kind and willing to help! I think I would have been the grumpiest person ever with an ending like hers to my day- but she was so amazing!

They are knowledgeable, honest with cost and their findings, and help people without knowledge like us understand each part of the process from diagnosis to parts purchasing, installment and maintenance.

Kacey and Matt did a great job fixing our clogged drain. They were both friendly and professional as well as skilled.

Worst, most unprofessional “service” I’ve ever had. We waited over 13 hours for a tech to arrive, and were told at 9pm after calling multiple times to see that they were still coming that we still had a tech on the way that never showed up and then emailed us an invoice at 10:30PM! Staff is a joke. Told me that it was “exaggerating“ that it felt like they could be here at 1AM.

Blake came out and fixed our kids toilet and cleared the pipe. Very professional and quick. Thank you!
