DEEM LLC

Just had a Dream LLC van tailgate me down broad ripple avenue with my kid in the car, they honked rolled their window down and yelled at me while driving by. Not professional at all.

I'm a HVAC Preventative Maintenance Tech at DEEM LLC and I love my job. I love seeing and working with the customers and co-workers here. The head of Service Department really cares about her customers and crew. All of the Service Technicians I have worked with were very professional and kind individuals. I'd be hard pressed to recall a time when I had a negative experience with an employee at Deem. It has been an exceptionally great experience in my life and I'm lucky to be here!

Any company that would fire a Marine Veteran on Veteran's day is cold-hearted!
Greed is horrible, when might be able to hire someone at a lower wage, you should be ashamed of yourself. 14 years of dedicated service, an )impeccable record, and not even a severance package. Wow!
No indeed, I certainly say No to recommending any company that would treat an employee as you have!

I’ve worked with DEEM in several aspects for several years now. Their service techs, installers, engineers and electricians are what makes the company what it is. John Walters, Steve Cool, Darin Ruling and Dave Hettwer are some of the greatest guys out there to work with. They go above and beyond their required job responsibilities to help you and your company out in ANY situation. You won’t be left hung out to dry in a downtime/breakdown situation with these guys. DEEM is not just any typical contractor in my opinion. I have over 16 years of dealing with DEEM to back my statements above.

There van and truck drivers are always speeding and tailgating.

They quoted me 1600 for a plumbing job 4 days ago. It was a father and son team. The son has posted on his Facebook page that he works for Deem LLC. I put a post up on Facebook saying I needed help with my plumbing so my kids could come home. He told me him and his dad could do the job. They showed up in a Deem plumbing van. I'm thinking great I'm in good hands. They took 450 dollars for materials 4 days ago. I haven't seen them since. He told me he was here one night when I was at work and cut all the pipes out. I see no evidence of that though. He told me all day yesterday he would be here. Nope. He said he would be here at 8 this morning. I still haven't seen him. I'm getting ready to call Deem and see if I need to sue. The name of the father and son team was Alan and Bryce Troxell

I have used Deem many many times but I have to say that John and Buddy are the best of the best. Honest, wholesome and one of a kind guys. I appreciate all your Amazing Help my friends.

Watch out if you are driving south on toll 130 to Austin in Texas one of there drivers is driving fast and not using blinker and tail gating and cutting people off.

I recently took an new position at a facility as the maintenance manager and step into some tricky situations. The technicians at Deem have gone above and beyond to assist with the situations I encountered. Couldn't be happier with the service.

The office personnel are great people.
