Dan came out yesterday and did a consultation and diagnosed the problem right away. I ordered the part under warranty and and he was here today fixing the pilot and valve on our gas water heater. Our fridge was leaking water from the wall. They were able to come out and tell me exactly what was needed. I also asked if they would be able to replace a toilet for me that I had already purchased. All of the services I needed were done same day. The technician that came to my house worked so quickly and was clean and polite. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

Their people are always friendly, professional, and expedient. The billing is very reasonable. They do not try to upsale or mislead me.

In other words, they are the complete opposite and superior to peterman brothers who I quit using last year.

I am incredibly pleased with the service provided by Plumbing Doctors. We had a leak in the wall behind our water heater in a hard-to-reach spot. I called three other local plumbing companies for help, and was told it would be 1-3 days before they could send someone out.
I found an ad for Plumbing Doctors, and they sent a plumber out within the hour. Travis was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and explained what he was doing throughout the process. Pricing was upfront, no surprises, and reasonable. This was the Friday night after Thanksgiving, and Travis worked past 10:30 to fix the leak.

Update: we had Travis out today to replace some corroded spigots in our laundry area. Again, excellent work, explained everything thoroughly. This young man is the best!

My furnace stopped working at 1am, submitted a claim at 1:30am, and Chad was out at my house by 10:30am the same day. He was very communicative, upfront with pricing, and how I can be proactive with any future repairs! Chad was also very respectful, professional, quick, and clean! Would definitely recommend these guys!
