Plumbing Heating Paramedics

It’s been an experience every time we have worked with Plumbing Heating Paramedics. Honest, on time and thorough. They earned my trust years ago when they offered help over the phone when they could have very easily came out and charged me. I’ve been loyal ever since and never disappointed. Just had Kevin out for a service call and he was great!

Once I got past the gravelly voiced woman who answered the phone and who was very rude & hung up on me. (I know everyone has a bad day now & then, but I thought that was uncalled for.) I called back several hours later and spoke to Mark who was very kind & helpful. The two service men, Darrel Johnson and Kevin Lindsey Jr. were very nice, informative, and a pleasure to have in my home.

We used Plumbing Heating Paramedics to address a water leak in our shower. They were responsive, on-time, and knowledgeable. Our technician, Aaron, was fantastic. I recommend utilizing their services to anyone for plumbing and heating repairs. 5/5 experience.

Had to have a new A/C and heater put in. The team of Travis, Devon and Brodey were awesome. Super nice guys, professional and super helpful. I'd highly recommend them.

The technician James was outstanding. Explained everything well. We will be getting a new air conditioner. Ours was very old. Explained everything well. Honest very honest. They coming Friday to install. If they are as good as James which I expect they will be. I have found my HVAC I will be doing my business with..Big thanks to James.

I was trying to DIY a small plumbing leak and things went south in a hurry. Called Plumbing Heating Paramedics and they responded quickly and fixed my issue. Thank you Brian for all your efforts! They will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

The technician was professional, friendly, and explained everything well. The scheduling was highly disappointing. They called me up to change the date and time. I had down a time after lunch. They texted a day or two in advance to say it was noon to 2, interfering with lunch out with friends. Of course it was noon, actually before then, that they came. Not later after lunch. So scheduling was not helpful at all.

Initially we were told that we needed a new water heater by another company that we had thru our home warranty insurance after waited 3 weeks for them to response I couldn't wait anymore the leaking had gotten worse. So I found Plumbing Heating Paramedics online I called them after working hours but they were very efficient, they answered the call right away and assigned a tech and 20 minutes later he called me he said he could come right away or the next day. When Darrell came he saw the problem, he said we don't need a new one and it will cost us less than what we expected. He was very kind and thorough I recommend them 100%.

Had a Scheduled appointment 2-4 on a Saturday. Missed my sons soccer game. Called at 5pm asking when they will show and was told they had a emergency and will not be able to make it and could schedule me for Monday. I asked if they will wave fee and was told a very honest NO. I don’t plan to reschedule, because of the circumstances and hope this review may help someone make a choice on weather or not to choose them. I don’t recommend anyone who schedules a appointment and doesn’t try to make it right when they don’t show. Probably my 2nd review I’ve ever done. Very much not happy with the outcome.

I have used Plumbing/Heating Paramedics since 2017 and had been very satisfied. Today the plumber they sent out ruined the relationship we had with this company in a few short hours. It was a service call on a water heater that was installed in 2017 so labor was out of warranty but the tank was still covered. The plumber quoted us $950.00 to replace an in warranty tank? He said that would cover the disposal fee and emergency service call if needed??? I called his supervisor Bryce and he stated the plumber had over priced the job by over $200.00 and corrected the quote. Bryce also stated that there isn’t a disposal fee for a tank in warranty. We agreed on a price that was still higher than I thought was fair but work had to be done. The plumber must have been mad that I caught him in his game and was rude and complained to my wife (I was at work) how this is costing him money. He even tried to get her to sign an invoice for the original mid- quoted $950.00 at the end of the job????? Very sad because I had never questioned this company’s ethics in the past but now I have too.
