Everything went very well, from the original estimate to the installation to the follow-up on rebates. Communication with the team at Pro-Temp is exemplary and they come highly recommended.

The installation crew was courteous, very careful with our floor coverings and furniture, and respectful of our privacy throughout the one day installation in our town home. The three man crew was busy throughout the day, working well together to accomplish the job with a minimum of disruption to our daily routine.

The equipment works very well, we had good instructions on operation of the new thermostat, and the new fan motor is much quieter than its predecessor. The transition from old to new was seamless.

All in all, this is a quality HVAC firm, installing quality equipment ,with top notch staff.

I could not be more pleased with the service and product I received from Pro Temp of Illinois, Inc. We had to have central air conditioning installed because my husband was recently diagnosed with a lung disease. The salesman (Jamie) and the installers were very helpful and efficient. Jamie was thorough in the explanation of what had to be done and went the extra mile to see that the installation was done as soon as possible. The installers finished in one day and left our home spotless, which wasn't easy considering our furnace had to be replaced -- it was the original and was 66 years old!

We have replaced old Carrier with new top of the line 5ton Lennox system (AC, Furnace, Thermostat and Humidifier). Jamie Mass was fantastic with quoting new system at very reasonable price (best of four competitive quotes), securing installation permits, filling paperwork with Lennox for extended warranty and rebates. The installation work was done very quickly and professionally by Pro Temp of Illinois technicians, Dave, Andy and Rayan, and they left job site very clean after work was finished.
The new installed equipment performs flawlessly and is very quiet; we are very happy with it. We think it was very good decision to use Lennox brand, and Pro Temp of Illinois as its installers, which we highly recommend to all future customers.

Pro Temp installed a new furnace for me. Jaimie came out and assessed the situation, gave me my options and scheduled the installation for the next day. He was upfront and didn’t try to oversell me. The next day the technicians showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly. Jaimie later followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied and to remind me to register for possible rebates. They provide great customer service and so great work.

I would recommend Pro Temp of Illinois to anyone. Jamie was great to work with and was extremely helpful in getting our new furnace and hot water heater installed. He took the time to explain what was best and needed for our home, and answered all of our questions when we had them.

Our AC system needed to be replaced during a heat wave July 2018. Pro Temp Illinois offered the best deal, and Jamie was extremely helpful and responsive. There was a slight delay (by one business day) in the installation date, since it was such a busy time, but it was communicated well in advance. On the day of installation itself, the technicians arrived on schedule and were very efficient. Overall, I would highly recommend Pro Temp Illinois.

Jamie Maas at Pro Temp of Illinois was exceptional from start to finish. We received a quote to replace our furnace, a/c and humidifier. By far Pro Temp delivered the best price and service. Jamie was able to schedule our installation date within a couple of days after receiving his quote. Three men came to our house for the installation, were very thorough and explained how to use the new thermostat. Jamie also took time to assist us with the rebate submissions for Com Ed, Northern Illinois Gas and Lennox. We look forward to receiving those rebates.

Had a complete AC and Furnace system installed earlier this year. Pro Temp was one of 4 estimates we received. Pro Temp provided the most reasonably priced solution for a high end Lennox system. There was no BS or back and forth haggling on price...Nice to deal with a company with an honest, low pressure sales team. Jamie even filled out and mailed in our rebates from the manufacturer and utility companies. Overall great experience!
