This was my first time using this company for my annual maintenance and I was very pleased with the service. Steven was very courteous, professional and seems very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. I also appreciate that he wore a mask and protective covers over his shoes to keep my floor clean and unscuffed. I will definitely continue using O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning for all of my heating/cooling needs.

O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning's team was fantastic! They came to our house to replace two furnaces and did an amazing job! They were really professional, kind, and cleaned up after themselves. They were very accommodating in scheduling and worked diligently for two days to get everything done. They answered whatever questions we had throughout and explained everything very clearly when they were done. Even the inspector from the village said the installers did "excellent work"! A great experience and we will definitely use them again!

My furnace stopped working and O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning was able to provide service same day at a very reasonable price. Eugene diagnosed the issue quickly and presented a full analysis of my system so I could make an informed decision about repairs and/or replacement.
