When my AC failed, I soon received a callback. The next day, Martin repaired the old unit without pressuring me to buy a new one. My kid, who wanted to observe him at all times, found him to be extremely friendly as well. Wonderful experience!

Professional service. On time and the tech went above and beyond to do a great job. The price for a service call is far more reasonable than many other HVAC companies I have used. They have a lifetime customer with me and if you are smart and want great service for your HVAC needs, you can go wrong with them.

The tech temporarily fixed the issue and came out first thing Monday morning to completely fix the issue - high limit switch. He also completed some maintenance on the furnace. There is no question I will call them if I have any issues. Their rate is also very reasonable for this single mother and I appreciate their honesty and hard work. I would recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever and I thank them for their excellent service.

Breathtaking experience working with O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning! The specialist called prior to arriving and arrived speedily. He was very gifted and dedicated. He clarified what he would do during the service and what he was checking. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend this company!!

Replaced our old furnace with an energy efficient one. I came to know about this company through my neighbor. Going with them for our furnace installation was brilliant decision. They are on top of their game. We really appreciate the explanation provided of how things work and the follow up after service. Great team, highly recommend them.

First time customer. I had an 11-2:00 window for a heating appointment. Stayed home from work. Nobody showed. Put in a call at 1:50 asking of their whereabouts. Was told they would reach out to the technician and call me back. Nobody called back. I called again at 2:10 to learn that the technician wouldn't be coming, and could I reschedule. Not at all confident that they would have reached out to me had I not called. Really poor communication. I did reschedule and will update this review after the work is complete.

Had a wonderful experience with O’Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning. Jim went beyond to get the service done and get our heat back on. His service was excellent but he charged us a reasonable price. I was very impressed and will highly recommend.

I called to get an estimate on a small job at my home. The rep on the phone gave me a quote on just the service fee before asking what I need done and when I said that may be more then the work I wanted done she hung up the phone on me! Very rude!
