My experience with Riley Heating & Cooling was outstanding.
My AC went out on a typical sweltering hot day here in Chicago. I called, spoke to a human quickly, and was able to get an appointment that day. Jason arrived on-time, explained what was going on (and why), and was able to get everything up and running in no time.
I feel way more informed on my HVAC system after the visit and am happy (and cool). This was my first time using Riley and I will certainly use them going forward.
Riley has the best service. We forgot about our A/C check and received a call to schedule and was able to get someone out the same day. Marty was extremely nice and courteous and did a great job. Customer service with Riley is always great!
We have had Riley Heating take care of our furnace and air-conditioning system for years with the maintenance contract. The service people are always hardworking, mannerly, they explain everything and they get the job done. Yesterday, Mike did a great job and we look forward to having the support of this company for the coming years. They have taken care of our house now for at least a quarter of a century and they've done a great job!!!
We have been using Riley Heating & Cooling for decades. They are always responsive, do not try to sell what is not necessary, and professional in their assessments, repairs, and replacements. I appreciate that they always clean up as well. In February, the team installed a new Bryant heating system. In June, John H was out and took the time to explain after investigating my unfounded concerns.
After the pilot light for my boiler went out, Riley was able to send out a technician to my house in less than an hour. Daniel (the service tech) was friendly, professional, and helpful. He promptly got the boiler working again and his knowledge proved to be invaluable. Would highly recommend Riley for your heating & cooling needs. Great service.

Howard was very nice and answered all my questions, very professional. Unfortunately I couldn't afford what he recommended, I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I tried several other places and have not come up with a solution. Thank you
