Tone came out to replace 2 furnaces and an air conditioning system. He was prompt, efficient and professional. From the time he came out to quote the job until completion of the installations took only 4 days. One of the furnaces and the air conditioning unit was in an extremely tight space but Tone was able to get it done without having to remove any walls or damage. I would and will highly recommend Done by Tone to anyone.

Tone replaced our water heater and did a fantastic job. Hard to find a trustworthy contractor these days and he showed up on time, was fair and transparent when estimating, did quality work, was respectful and clean. 100% would recommend and will use him again!

I want all service businesses to be run like Done by Tone. Our furnace blower motor started going bad late on a cold Friday night. Tone responded to our call immediately and was at the door early Saturday morning. By 11 am the furnace was running. Great communications. Friendly and professional. Tone raises the bar. Our furnace went out 12/22/22 gave Done by Tone a very early morning call 12/23/22 and he was out to our home later that same morning! He seen the problem( gas valve) but because the furnace was over 22yrs old, there was probably gonna be something else down the road that broke or not working properly. So he worked with us on just getting a new unit at my request! 12/24/22 it is now 9:30am and we have heat!!!!! Thank God! Two man crew came in and got it done! Tone identified the issue right away! My partner and I had made call after call to get a real answer that made sense to why our furnace was working. Tone was honest and extremely helpful when we needed it. We'll be calling his company for all future issues.
