My heating system was out for 3 days when the temp dropped to 18 degrees. Done by Tone Heating & cooling got my heater up and running in no time. After years of getting taken for a ride with either dishonest or incompetent HVAC companies, it was amazing to have hired Tone to fix our HVAC this week. From the moment we called, we knew we would be taken care of. He offered to come the same afternoon we called (!), which ended up being TOO SOON for our tenant. He turned up early on Monday morning, calling ahead to make sure the earlier time was ok (who does that these days?!). He diagnosed the issue (two switch failures) in about 30 minutes and was out the door soon after, ensuring our system was completely fixed and running perfectly. If you've ever struggled to find a communicative, courteous, fast, expert HVAC company, then call Tone. You won't be disappointed. Recommended 100%

The best part about my experience is he was so forth coming with teaching me about my system and what the issue was and how to prevent my issue from happening again. Heaven sent. He came out the same day we called, looked around and found the problem and fixed it. He also showed us other problems we could possibly face with our A/C unit. I found Tone on the internet. Weekend before last we had a nasty rain storm in the Maywood area. My basement had its first flood. I called Tone spoke with him. N he was doing a job. But reassured me that he can come after he finish. I read his reviews and that is what had me to go with him. He came to my house explained everything to me broke everything down to me as I am a first time home buyer. He had to replace my furnace. He did a awesome job he was polite n respectful. My furance stopped blowing heat a couple of days before Thanksgiving. I called up Tone and he came right out and fixed the problem. While fixing the heat he noticed a leak that was causing rust in my furance. Not only did he restore my heat, but, he also saved me from some major damage to my furance. He is extremely knowledgeable and dependable. One of the better BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES to deal with.

Tone installed a new furnace recently - quick, efficient, courteous and affable. He explained his tasks thoroughly and set about them expeditiously. Later, when an unrelated emergency arose, he was quick to the house and very professional in addressing it. Great work from a really good guy.
