Felix from Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor was PHENOMENAL!!! I highly recommend him and his company. I've had at least two other people out to assess my central air unit and both of those experiences were disappointing. In addition to just having someone check for things that might need fixing, I also really wanted someone who could talk about the best way to get efficient use from the unit. I wanted someone to educate me. And Felix did that SO WELL! He asked me lots of questions about how I used the a/c and thoughtfully considered my responses. He very patiently answered all of my questions and helped me work through possible options. He was thorough and professional, while also being very friendly and caring. By the time he left, I felt very clear on my options and next steps. Big thumbs up for Felix and Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor! Will definitely be using them again.

Erick from Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor was great. He called when he was en route and arrived within the scheduled appointment window. He seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely polite and professional. He took care of a small water line install for our humidifier in a little over an hour. The company overall has been great to work with, very friendly and communicative. We'll definitely go to them for any future HVAC needs.

We have used HVAC Repair Doctor for over three years for our seasonal HVAC maintenance, and they have always provided amazing service. Friendly, capable technicians who show up on time and provide excellent (and quick) service. When our 25 year-old HVAC system finally quit on us they installed a furnace and AC unit. They handled the install quickly, didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need, offered an excellent warranty on their work, and did all this with pricing that was upfront and more than fair. From scheduling to service, Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor has always been a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Called early in the morning and received an appointment time they same afternoon. They showed up on time and were able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix the problem. Excellent service and great explanation of the issue. Very professional and courteous. Would easily use again. Highly recommend!

excellent experience w/ HVAC Doctor- both the folks who helped me to schedule appointment (to replace HVAC unit) and the guys who came to assess the problem (visit1) and replace the unit (visit2) were very kind and competent. they were really courteous about ensuring home was left as it was when they arrived (laid down lots of tarps, removed shoes, helped to move furniture back to original positions, etc.; there were only a few small scrapes around edges of where unit was but i think that is probably unavoidable) and confirming at end that we were left satisfied, appreciate it. thanks so much

What an amazing experience working with Chicago HVAC. Their technician was extremely knowledgeable and fixed my problem promptly and professionally. From putting in my inquiry, to getting someone scheduled, and having my issue resolved in under 24 hours was nothing short of professional and amazing. This further reflects their 5-star rating and will 100 percent use their services again in the future.

Our water heater broke - like water leaking out of the tank kind of broken. I called these guys just based on the reviews and the need to find someone quickly since I had a rare day off. They answered right away, and were very friendly. The technician came out and was professional and also friendly. He gave the diagnosis I was expecting: we would have to replace the old one. I had to wait to be able to reach my husband to confirm the decision. Despite that delay, they managed to get the repair done the same day. Out tank is up a set of stairs and that is no easy feat to maneuver but they did so without any problems. It was a huge relief to have it up and working. Everything looks good so far and we had a hot shower by the time we were getting ready the next day.

We’ve used HVAC Repair Doctor a couple of times now for maintenance and a furnace installation. Always profesional, on time, and friendly. They will continue to be our “go to” for HVAC at our 3 flat building.

Our A/C was not working and they were able to come out the same day to evaluate the problem. The next day they were able to replace our A/C unit and sent a crew of 4 that worked late into the evening to get the job done. Impressive service and I would recommend this company to anyone.
