My AC and heating was old, and it was the time to replace it. I had called a few companies to see which one will do the job at a reasonable price with quality equipment. Oscar, the owner of the NM Hvac company, was the best and honest. I liked what he offered and how quickly he was able to install all the pieces. There was no hassle and complaining or changing the price after the work was completed. I received higher end equipment at a very reasonable price. The important part of this whole deal was that Oscar listens to me and what I had on my wish list. He did not try to convince me to go with something else. The work was done in 1 day! I love my new AC and how quite it is. I have not run the furnace yet, but I am sure it will work great as well. Overall, this was a very smooth transition. I highly recommend this company!

He was honest, patient, very detailed and explained what he was doing before and during the repair. I've dealt with other HVAC companies where their concern was always upselling, I did not get that from Oscar. He also made some suggestions on how to maintain our unit and keep it working more efficient. I will, without hesitation, be using NM in the future.

Called Oscar out on Christmas Eve and he came right away. He advised us on the life of our furnace and provided quotes should we chose to replace it. He was able to get our heat going fairly quickly on such a cold day. Would recommend for the future.
