Pro Temp of Illinois

Pro Temp of Illinois is my new go to for AC/Furnace needs. I used to use Four Seasons for all maintenance as they were reliable and timely and so I called them for a quote regarding my Furnace breaking down. They quoted the part at 3 times what it should have been around $1.4k. Then thinking maybe its time to replace the unit I asked them for a quote on both the AC/Furnace. Again 3 times what it should have been. I'm a landlord and having recently (within a year) replaced 2 units HVAC systems out of state with another reputable company I knew they were trying to rip me off taking advantage of what they thought was a need for a furnace right away. Not to mention they had originally installed the old furnace and AC and their price was 3 times what it cost 15 years ago. Well unit was vacant and joke was on them. They called me back two days later asking when I'm going to want them to do the work and anything they could do to help speed the decision process along as I they said I needed it done sooner than later since it was cold outside. I told them I really did not need the heat and they were baffled, won't trust them ever again.

Long story sort Jamie at Pro Temp answered my call right away and gave me a quote over the phone based on my specs (it was very reasonable lower than another much more reasonable quote I also received from another company). Getting a phone quote is big as a landlord, cause with a vacant unit its hard to get someone out to the property for quotes all the time. The Pro Temp team got the new units installed the next day and even picked up and dropped off the keys from my buddies place to save him a trip to the property. So they go the extra mile to make things easier. They also offer a warrantee on their products (parts & labor) as long as you do their regular annual maintenance. I plan to do this and will post again if anything happens during that period to let you know if they honor that. But so far so good! Keep up the good work Pro Temp and stay fair to your customers!

I 100% recommend ProTemp! Jamie was excellent to work with, he answered all of my questions promptly and provided estimates every time I changed what I wanted. I ended up replacing both my air conditioner and furnace, evaporator coil, and installing a smart thermostat; the price was very reasonable and installation occurred the day after I signed the contract. The guys were very professional, didn't make a mess, and got the work done within one day. They even went through and explained the work they had done, which I appreciated. They also wore masks and gloves, which I appreciated given the current pandemic. So far my HVAC system is working great and I have no complaints.

I researched AC units online and completed
an inquiry in the Lenox website. ProTemp reaches out to me minutes after that. Jaime was their rep and had outstanding knowledge of products and gave me fair upfront pricing after sending him pictures of the project. I got a few quotes but I was comfortable and liked Jaime and the company he worked for after reading their reviews. The install was a few days later and the two installers were absolute professionals! They did an outstanding job and spent the day working to make sure the job was perfect. I’m completely satisfied from sales to service and will always use and refer my family and friends. I run a large Autogroup and can appreciate the prompt, transparent, pricing and service this company gave me.

Excellent experience. Jamie, the sales rep, was very informative and never tried to up sell me. He patiently answered all of my questions and got back to every one of my phone calls promptly. My heating/ac was installed within 2 days of my hiring Pro Temp and just before a major heat wave! The installers did a great job and left my property clean and unscathed. I have been having issues with my AC for a few weeks and finally on a sweltering day completely stopped working. A friend of mine kept raving about Pro Temp of Illinois, so I figure I'd give them a try. Best decision ever! From the moment I called their office, I found everyone to be super friendly and helpful, they even got someone to come that day! Not only were they super quick in identifying and fixing the problem, but did an amazing job patiently explaining to me what was happening. All this for a great price! Needless to say, they will be my go to people for all AC/heating issues!

our furnace went out completely and we had about 6 different places come give us an estimate to replace our 30yr old furnace and even older AC unit. Jaime came out and gave us an estimate, helped find rebates and we ended up going with pro temp and got high efficiency units, qualified for multiple rebates and were able to have them install THE NEXT DAY! they had the BEST prices and we ended up with a better system than I thought we could afford. they were fantastic! I'd recommend them EVERYTIME!

Good people and great products sum's up my experience with Pro Temp of Illinois. My account manager and installation team were all top notch. I can honestly say this was a no pressure purchase, Jamie presented solid numbers for a new AC install and his install team came through, even on one of Chicago's rare 95 degree plus days. I appreciated the service, great experience.

Excellent Service. Pro temp understood my need and gave me the right solution for the price I was able to afford. Jamie is a gem of a person he even helped me to register my warranty and followed up after service. He took care of all the permit work with my City.

Jamie was great to work with, answer all my questions. He also submit the rebate for me which so I don't have figure out to do it. Pro Temp of Illinois quite was the best compared to 3 other quotes. The installers was very knowledgeable and completed the install around 7 hours.
