Excellent service from beginning to end. Jamie was knowledgeable & honest when assessing our situation. We could have repaired or bought new & he brought us through the pros & cons. We decided to get a new A/C & furnace. Crew was on-time, very respectful, finished in a reasonable amount of time & left the place better than before they arrived. I 100% recommend Pro Temp of Illinois & will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you!!!!

Finally an honest, reliable, and reasonable HVAC company. They were so easy to deal with, they were flexible to squeeze me in and they installed 2 new furnaces that are working great. Jamie personally filled out our info for the manufacture warranty as well as the Nicor Rebate. When I eventually will need a new AC, I will absolutely use them again.

Called Jaime on Monday because my thermostat completely went out, hence HVAC would not turn on at all. I spoke to him about what I needed and he accommodated my schedule. On the day of replacement of the thermostat, the Technician Andy, came on time and ready to fix my problem. Andy was the nicest, most pleasant person to have come in my home and fix anything. On top of all that, he found that something in my furnace was not wired correctly and fixed it for me. He also did a check to make sure all the components of the furnace were working as well. All of that and Pro Temp of Illinois was the most fair price I had received. I will definitely call them again when I need HVAC service and will recommend them to everyone.
