Pro Temp of Illinois

After receiving a quote for a new furnace and air conditioner from Borter, I called Pro Temp of Illinois. Their price for installing the same new Lennox furnace and air conditioner? HALF !!! It was a no-brainer. Installation was done within a day. Everything working perfectly. If you do not enjoy paying double, call these guys.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Jamie from Pro Temp of Illinois couple of weeks ago. He is professional, honest and prompt in his job. We had heating system installed by his team Andy and Ryan who were great and pleasant to talk to. If anyone needs to have heating system installed then you need to call Jamie. Thanks Jamie and team.

Was in need of a CA unit. Did my research and had a few companies come out to give estimates. Pro Temp stood out over the rest in professionalism, price, and customer service. The techs came out on time and finished the install ahead of schedule.
They were clear and concise in describing the install process and asked if I had any questions during the install.

From the minute I requested a quote Jamie was super responsive. The price was very competitive but our job was more complex than the usual install. Chester came out and came up with the best plan for our unique situation. The installers, David and Bogdan, were on time and worked very long hours to get the job done. Adding the central air duct work was not easy but it was done even better than the plan indicated.

I called for maintenance on my HVAC unit, and spoke with Jaime. He had someone out the same day within a couple hours. Rudy was very professional and extremely polite. He took the time to tell me about my unit, and explained what he was doing. My humidifier had a leak, so I spoke with Jaime again afterward. He gave me great advise to save some money. This company is genuine, not trying to rip off anyone. Great prices. I would recommend Pro Temp, and I will definitely call them again.

I came across Pro Temp of Illinois online. I chose them because the reviews were great, and they are BBB accredited with A+ rating. I contacted Jamie and I let him know that I was also speaking to another contractor, but luckily Jamie gave fast responses and great explanations to all the answers I was looking for and won me over. The downside was that I never met Jamie because of my conflicting work schedule, but he was able to come to my house and check out my furnace for an estimate. I had someone in the house to meet him and 2 days later he had his crew installing the furnace! Once again, I was unable to be present, but I was able to trust him and his crew into my home with a lock box and they installed the furnace. One of his crew members called me to let me know they were there early in the morning and when they were done in the afternoon. They left everything clean. The furnace has been working perfectly since they replaced it. Extremely prompt, professional, communicative and his pricing was the best. I am extremely pleased with how everything turned out. Two guys came, barely noticed they where there, they installed a new furnace and A/C, at 50% less expensive than ABC or Sears... cleaned up the area. Everything works fine. I would 100% recommend them.

Pro Temp of Illinois provides excellent service! Jamie came out to my home to provide an estimate for a new furnace and AC. Jamie was very knowledgeable and helped me get the right system for my home. He also didn't try to up sell anything which was a relief since other HVAC companies that I had come to do estimates always tried to up sell me. Once, I signed the contract for the new system, the installers came a few days later to install the system. The installers were very nice and professional. They took the time to lay down covers on the rugs so they wouldn't track dirt into the house. Overall, the install was well done and quality work! I would definitely recommend Pro Temp of Illinois! They do great work and have fair prices!
