Pro Temp of Illinois

I had a new Lennox HVAC system installed in July 2020. I could not be more satisfied. The price was at least 30% lower than the other bid I got. Communication by email and phone was very easy. They installed within a few days of my first contact. The workmen were professional, very careful, and meticulous.

The men that came to my house were professional. They laid down a cloth to protect my floor and didn’t make a mess. They replaced everything that other companies just reused. So I know I won’t have any problems. I will be suggesting them to my friends.

I had threw my thermast from heat to cooling, and wouldn't you know, no air. I looked online for a business to call for service. After read several reviews, Pro Temp of Illinois looked good.
I placed a call, left a message, and, Jamie returned my call a short time later.
Well, all the good reviews I had read, were indeed true.
A fellow named Alex came out and had the A.C. up and running in a short while.
No pressure to by new equipment or anything. (and my air conditioner is 31 yrs old). And Pro Temp charged a very reasonable price. What more can a guy ask for?
When that day comes, and I need a new unit, Pro Temp of Illinois is whom I'm calling.

Our Carrier furnace was 18 years old and right after Christmas, it started to shut down from time to time. A service tech diagnosed a breech in the heat exchanger and the reset button kept tripping. We had a horrible weekend staying up all night resetting the furnace. Jamie Maas at Pro Temp saw our email request for a bid and Pro Temp was willing to sell us a new furnace, the same Lennox proposed by the service tech, but at a cost of $3300, not $5500. The installation happened on the Monday after the old furnace started to die and we were so grateful to have reliable heat. I have already recommended Pro Temp to one friend and I will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Pro Temp.
