Wow! THIS is how I wish every company I worked with delivered on their promises! Jamie was exceptional and his installation crew was extremely professional. I have already texted my family group text to let them all know- if they are doing anything in the area of HVAC, they have to call Jamie at ProTemp!

I was EXTREMELY HAPPY, with the installation of my new furnace and air conditioner. From first contact with my advisor ( Jamie) to the two installers ( Edwardo and Freddy) I was pleased with the process.

Jamie is very knowledgeable and helpful. The price for our new furnace and water heater tank is competitive. The installation team did a great job on installing the units. They cleaned our house after installation and helped answer our questions. Very professional team, highly recommended. Will definitely use them for maintenance later.

We had our existing furnace go out and Pro Temp of Illinois did an excellent job with the new furnace.

Jamie provided us the quote remotely due to the pandemic (based on our existing furnace and home size). He was able to determine that our existing furnace was oversized and recommend proper furnace for us. In terms of value, Pro Temp provided us the best pricing. I highly recommend shopping around as we got a HUGE range of pricing and Pro Temp was very reasonable.

Jamie also explained to us some of the new features available (2-stage, variable speed fan) and benefits. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. Once we decided to move forward with them, he took care of the permits.

The install team (Julio) showed up on time and did a great job with the install. The install was efficient and they cleaned up after themselves.

The cherry on top was that Jamie informed of rebates that we are eligible for and he actually submitted the rebates making it super easy for us.

I really should’ve done this a few months ago. I ran into trouble with my old air-conditioning unit back in August. It was very old, and difficult to get parts for. I needed something reliable and started calling around— looking for prices on replacement. I knew exactly what I wanted. I received the information for Pro Temp HVAC through a family friend who recently did service with them. I called them out, and received an estimate the next day. They understood what I was looking for, and installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. I got to use the air conditioning for a few months before it became cold out, and as a I transitioned to heat, I realized what a great investment this purchase was. The house climate feels much better, the system is very quiet, and everything works as it should. The reason why I am writing this post, is because I am very picky. I struggle having people work in my home, because very few people would do it the same way I would. The two installers, who came out, were very professional, and extremely clean. I never worried about any of my belongings, or any of my property being damaged or becoming dirty. They even threw tarps down in my basement to minimize traffic on the carpet. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had, and when it comes to price , they even beat Home Depot by a significant amount. All in all, I would do it all over again. Thank you for everything.

Overall Great Customer Service, Jamie was a big part of why I selected Pro Temp to replace my Furnace and AC Unit. Great Deal on both units and next day service. The HVAC Service Technicians did a wonderful job in the worst conditions. I would recommend Pro Temp of Illinois to my family.

Our furnace went out in January 2022. I called Pro Temp and a few other places to get replacement quotes. I dealt with Jamie the entire time through text and phone. He was extremely responsive and easy to talk to. I never felt like I had to play contractor "games".

When he gave me the quote, I almost didn't believe it. The price was lower than others (including Costco) and it was a higher quality model.

Two installers came out and ripped out the old furnace in the crawl space, no easy task. They were a very polite and professional crew. The new furnace performs brilliantly. I recommended Pro Temp (Jamie) to friends, and they were just as satisfied. Great company!!
