We had a new heating unit put in around October and now a new a/c. Residential was so patient and professional with me. Kendall would help me when I had to continually change my appointments! Matt came over and did a superb job alone! I was so impressed by his focus and organization. Brett came to finish up the job and again, he did a fantastic job.. John showed up on time, very informative and knowledgeable. Pointed out good and bad points on both Heat and AC units. Made some very good recommendations for preventative maintenance. Joined their monthly maintenance program which only saves you money on seasonal checkups as well as any repairs if needed.
