Great service and great team! Send an email with an emergency heating issue and within 20 minutes I had an appointment set up. Kendall and Brett were responsive and very helpful. Jon G (technician) was friendly, knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process of what he was doing. Highly recommend!

Our Service Tech, John, was extremely professional, courteous, and obviously very knowledgeable regarding his work. He explained what was wrong with our furnace so the average person could understand it, he made recommendations for the solution and tried to get us a discount for just about every part needed replacement. My wife and I were so impressed, we requested he would be the tech who comes back to complete phase 2 of the solution later in the week.

Was referred to Eric at Residential Heating & Cooling while looking for a new AC. Boy what a referral! Not only was Eric patient, understanding, and professional, he took the time on his vacation to go over any questions or concerns I had. Perfect communication and very knowledgeable. Kendall was awesome following up communication through email and Ben/Nick were kind and professional during the install as well! No hidden fees or charge ups or pressure by stating the prices are going up by the end of the month like my old guys did... I ended up upgrading to a 2 stage AC and loving it! They were so great, I had them do my parent's AC. Did i mention they have the best warranty out there too?

We had a furnace/AC installed by Residential five years ago. Worked great!! First inspection call on the AC since the onset of Covid. John, tech for Residential, was impressive!! It is always a pleasure to see a master craftsman/technician work. Signed up for the service plan. Highly recommend Residential, will use them when our system eventually needs replacement.

What a nice experience I had. The A/C tech Steve was so helpful as he explained everything he was doing to make sure my system was running as it should. He even made friends with my dog Rocky. Also I would like to commend Kendall for her excellent customer service. I have been doing business with this company for years and have never been disappointed.
