Comfort Pride Services is fantastic! Estimate was done just by sending pictures and response time was almost immediate. During installation PJ and Mitch kept me updated throughout the installation of both my water heater and AC unit. Overall the pricing was fantastic and they followed up to see how everything was going. I got them through recommendation and now also highly recommend!

I would not hesitate in having Comfort Pride Services Inc. come for any issue involving my ac or furnace. I gave Peter a call after reading recommendations on the Nextdoor app and he was able to come the next morning. He put on shoe covers upon entering, thoroughly checked and explained the issues with our ac, and gave us choices. He is a knowledgeable, dependable, and honest professional.

Called Pete on a Sunday when our hot water heater went out and he was here within an hour. Extremely professional and explained why we needed a new unit. Came back today and installed everything at a fair price. Will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.

We found our water heater spraying water from the top and scrambled to find someone to install a new water heater. After consulting both Angi and our Nextdoor app, we called Comfort Pride Services. Pete was very accommodating over the phone and said that he would be at our house in 3 hours. Much to our surprise, he called to say he’d be early. When Pete and Mitch arrived, we were pleased to find two kind, caring and professional plumbers. They explained the situation, went over options for replacement and got to work. Pete and Mitch were efficient, neat and willing to answer all questions. We have found our new HVAC professionals!

I had previously been using Four Seasons to do my yearly furnace maintenance, but twice they had used scare tactics to try to convince me to buy a new furnace. So I was looking for a new company and did not know where to start. I sifted through reviews, and Comfort Pride seemed to have really good reviews and talked about good price and professional work.

I am so glad that I went with them! Mitch replied to my online service request within a couple of hours, even though it was on a weekend. He was flexible, working with my schedule, and was even willing to come out later than his normal work time to accommodate my work schedule.

The service he did on my furnace was thorough, complete, and he cleaned up everything perfectly.

I asked his advice on how our furnace was doing, and the possibility of needing a new one, and he was extremely helpful and honest, not trying to get us to buy a new unit, but answering our questions about it and advising us that we do NOT need a new furnace at this time. He talked with us for a good 20 minutes, patiently answering all of our questions, and explaining things to us in a way that we could easily understand.

I am so happy that I switched to Comfort Pride, I have only great things to say about them!
