They did a very good job. My situation was somewhat unique and they made it work! I would strongly recommend to anyone! They were clean, friendly and efficient!

We had our furnace and A/C units replaced on March, 2021. The furnace seems having this whistling sound so we requested a warranty service two weeks ago. The technician, Bob McCarthy detected an issue right away, ordered new parts and completed installation smoothly. Now our furnace is running quieter and we can enjoy much quiet home now. Thank you Bob and good job! We're truly appreciated the quality and the timely services provided by Bloomingdale Heating and Air Conditioning.

Our furnace fan kept turning on and off but no heat was being produced and of course it happens on a Saturday morning. We called and they gave us a window of 12:30 - 2:00. The guy showed up at 12:20 and fixed our problem in ten minutes. He was very nice and professional. He even wore shoe coverings in the house. It was a great experience and will definitely use this company again.

When I called for someone to come out they told me there was a service charge of $89.00 for someone to come out and diagnose the problem plus parts and labor if they fix the problem. I went ahead and scheduled. So the guy shows up and looks like a kid fresh out of high school. He goes out and looks at my a/c unit and comes back 15min later saying it was the disconnect box wire was burnt causing the compressor to go bad and that I needed a new unit. He then said he was going to call his boss and would be back. He was sitting in his car for about 20min b4 he came back and ask me to speak with Peter and that he would be sending me a proposal for a new unit. I was on the phone with Peter for about 15min. Once we hang up he gives me a bill for $250.00 saying he was here over an hr. This company is such a rip off cause not only do they charge u for calls they make to there bosses they charge u to talk to someone from there company asking you questions so that they can sell u a new unit! Ridiculous!!!He actually worked on my unit 15min but he said he was here an hr so had to get paid for his time! Oh and his Diagnose of me needed a new unit was also incorrect. I called another company (thank God) and they fixed it within half an hr and was charged $325 for the total repair. But then again what should you expect when someone shows up at yr door looking like a teenage kid, what experience are you going to have! Will never use this company again and I suggest you shouldn’t either if u dnt want to throw your money in the garbage!!

We replaced our furnace and AC unit with Bloomingdale Heating & Air for about $10,000

Unfortunately after 2 years of constant service calls, our AC still does NOT work!

The owner Anthony came to our home after ALL of his technicians diagnosed different problems with the furnace and AC, to tell us it was a wiring problem. Replaced wiring… and it is 83 degrees in our house still!

We have had a faulty unit since purchase and I WISH we never replaced our older units. Never have we had problems like this.

And myself and child have heart conditions where we cannot be in extreme heat.
Anthony (owner) told me he’s too busy to come out and fix it. And I should’ve set up a service call before it became hot outside!

My unit currently says service isn’t due for 54 days!

So I’m supposed to expect problems every summer and waste weeks with service calls to try and fix it…
Only to wait for cooler days to fix the problem.

I had my ac and furnace installed last year. I was so impressed! This year my ac wasn't working right. Anthony was so kind and professional. He sent out Brett who diagnosed the problem and Joe who fixed it. He of course honored the warranty and charged me nothing. It's hard to find companies that are upstanding, especially in the HVAC industry, but Anthony is awesome. His crews are on time, and so professional. I would highly recommend using this company!

I had an issue with my furnace on a Friday and called Bloomingdale Heating and they were able to get a tech out to my house right away and get my heat fixed immediately. I called several other companies and was quoted some very steep prices for what i believed to be a routine fix. Anthony the owner was very attentive to my needs and got his team on the job right away. His staff of Amanda, Gina, and Angel were great to work with and provided me with world class service. If you are looking for a company that is not going to take advantage of you on pricing and provide great customer service look nowhere else, Bloomingdale Heating is definitely worth the call! I'll do all of my Heating and Air with them moving forward!

I used Bloomingdale Heating and Air to service an existing air conditioner and ultimately replace it! Everyone I interacted with was responsive and friendly. As a new homeowner, I especially appreciated the time spent educating me on options to make sure I felt confident in my purchase. In addition to great customer service, the pricing was competitive compared to other quotes I received. I will continue to use Bloomingdale Heating and Air for future HVAC needs.

Company arrived on time a young nice guy showed up found issue immediately and completed repairs for a reasonable cost.
Would use again and would recommend.
